    Sir i lost 16kg by doing 1.5 hour work out everyday and i got awesome results by following you. Before i watched many tutorials but nothing worked for me. If put up some weight again try 45 minutes weighg training and diet its doesnt work for me either i have to do cardio also for 30 minutes or else double musslle workout for 1:15 to 1.5 hours everyday to go back to my results. Is it fair?

    Respected sir ,
    meine fasting se weight loss kiya tha 30 kg in 40 days i ate only 8 egg whites and salad per day and after lossing when i get back to my regular diet gained the same weight again even 10 kg more tell me what to do now
    Body adapt kar chuki ha 800 cal 1 cal uper khaaun to mota ho jaata hu or kam khaaun to body ko waise poora nhi mil rha
    Body kaafi uneven si dikhti hai chest pe fat ha thigh pe fat hat 😢😢

      @@shilparawat1428 what to do now bcz at this stage m body is habitual with 800 cal if i eat more than gain weight if i eat less than doesn’t able to get nutrients

      Your weight loss is not actual fat loss
      You lost water weight and provided more space to accumulate more fat when you get back to normal diet.
      If you lose 10% of your body weight in 1 yr
      That is healthy and sustainable weight loss, these way you will not gain your weight again
      I lost 18 kgs in past 9 months
      Average 2 kgs per month is recommended for healthy weight loss

    Sir my weight was 78kg, i lose 24 kg in 8 months ,now my wight is 54kg .i am trying to lose more 7kg..but it’s not decreasing anymore. Please, suggest me what should I do?

    Bro in india with this ongoing COVID-19 gyms keep getting close in few months. Please start a series on resistance band work out for all body parts... It would be great help for many people. Also there's not much series in resistance band workout in UA-cam...

    Thanks to you I lose 8 kg with pcocs ...
    I need to ask one thing .
    I feel myself lite ,but my 8 kg lose is visible in scale but no one other notice any change :-( why .
    Usually if someone lose even 4 kg everyone notice .

      Most of the time there is jealousy... When u reduce your weight they say arey koi bimari ho gyi kya suukh gyi ho ...and when u r fat ... Arey bhut moti ho rhi ho kam kro ... Just believe in yourself ❤️

    Yr sunny bro. If u follow perfect diet plane with calories deficit around 600 to 700. Would you need count saperatly whey protein and casein os well or that supplement don't make any effect on diet calories deficit 🤔
