    Hi,
    I started CrossFit 6week challenge program. We been told to have 125grams of protein and 100 gram of vegies but you saying 50 gram of protein. I m 104kg.
    We been told no carbs no dairy things no sugery things aswell.
    Thanks for your channel but I am bit confused here.

    Banana has fruit sugar, also known as Fructose which DOES NOT replenish your glycogen stores which is the main reason to consume carbs post workout.

      Actually don't eat sprouts post workout, you may end up with gastritis! I experienced that. Eat sprouts as an evening snack.
