21 days workout plan - Weight loss & Strength Training.
1. Squats Super set with Skipping
- 10 reps 3 sets (30 sec skipping )
2. Push press with Jumping Jacks
- 10 reps 3 sets (30 sec jumping jacks)
3.Dead Lift with kettle bell swing
- 10 reps 3 sets (10 reps Kettle bell swing)
4. Incline Dumbbell Press with Plank
- 10 reps 3 sets (30 sec Plank)
5. Bent over row with load and carry
- 10 reps 3 sets (30 sec load and carry)
6.Burpee
- 20 reps 3 sets

This worked for me. I did this along with calorie deficit and intermittent fasting of 12am to 12pm. Ate only 2 chapatis in the lunch and dinner for nearly 2 months straight. Did this for 4 weeks. Also I did little cardio like running. Was never feasible for me to do 3 sets. Only for few days i did 3 sets. After that i did only 2 sets and then used to run for 2kms after that.
Hope it helps. Make any plan and stick to it for 2 months and you would see the changes.

I will not lie this is the most effective workout,On the first day my weight was 101 kg and today is my 4th day now it's 98kg. I DO 3-4 SETS+ 30 MINUTES CARDIO AND SOME OTHER WEIGHT TRAINING.🎉KEEP GOING CHAMPIONS 🔥

Superb sir ... I have been doing the same but I want to ask that is it necessary to have that combination only which you have been showing? I mean I mixed up my exercise but I never keep the sequence same so is that wrong or may I continue with that??
I had started this workout. I am doing 3 sets of it daily along with 20 minutes cardio. Today is my 4th day and I am feeling great because I already lost 2 kgs. Let's see what result comes out after 21 days. Thankyou for this workout video.

These exercises r pure magic..just after doing for 1 week, I could run on treadmill for 25 mins on elevation.. earlier I could run only for 10mins.. I did only 2 rounds of these exercises for 1st week, still the results r awesome..thanks sir.. will follow more videos of urs

So simple, yet so effective. That's how would I describe diet plan from "Agoge Diet". Now I belive that simplicity is the key to brilliance.
Compound exercise are best for weight loss and building strength. And cardio is good for reducing body fat . But i will suggested if your aim is fat loss. Do your compound movements and do your cardio after lifting at the end of workout for at least 20 minutes.
Doing cardio with compound movements will tire your body and impact your form. Do 8 to 10 reps of good form , quality and controlled reps of compound movements with progressive overload. And cardio at the end of workout because now your body is warm , it’s tapped into the fat reserve and it’s already in a fat burning zone. Good luck .

Sharing real experience after including this sets at Gym along with maintaining my Calorie deficit! This works MAGIC and would suggest to include this in your workout routine! Nov 2021 I was 125 Kgs and as on today I have already lost 29 KGs!!! I do this routine and then train specific part of my body! Give it a try sharing my personal experience 💪👍

My hight is 180cm and weight is 90 kg. Most of expert said I need 2200 kcal daily to maintain weight boy if want to loose weight I should keep my target at 1500kcal.
Now I take 100gm mix flour chapati, 200gm curd, 50gm soya chunk, 50 gm dal, 250ml milk with whey protein. Total calories r around 1400 in a day. Diet has about 180gm carb 110gm protein and about 22 gm fat.excersize and water intake is little as no space in my stomach. And I feel I'm getting weight....Can u suggest something
