    DESCRIPTION
    Welcome to my Feel Good Walk series! These workouts are designed to let you hit all your step targets if you can't get outside, or just prefer to walk in the comfort of your own home. You will be walking at a moderate to fast pace, so you get more steps in less time! The steps are easy to follow and make the time fly by because you aren't just doing traditional walking. Get ready to burn fat in a low intensity, low impact way!
    In Feel Good Walk 2000 Steps you will step at a faster pace for a total of 20 minutes. Every 60 seconds the movement will change slightly to make it more fun and interesting. No difficult choreography in this one, just easy to follow steps that burn a ton of calories. There are higher and lower intensity modifications shown throughout, so make it your own workout! Get ready to sweat!
