Not going to lie... I saw a faaaaabulous topless guy video and clicked (I am a simple woman....). And I am delighted to say I've just found the answer to having to change my focus from heavy weight-lifting for the legs and back to something more long-term-friendly... I cried for a whole week last week over a seeming end to my mission for musclier legs and glutes and a bulletproof lower-back (which I'd managed to munt from the way I had been training, stupidly enough). Now I can embark on THIS... AHOYYYYY MUSCLY LEGS AND GLUUUUTES!!!!!

Stretch every Day?
It depends on how flexible you want to get and how fast. Once a week is good for maintenance and slow progress. 2-3 times per week is enough is often enough for most people.
