Thanks for watching! Here is a very comprehensive blog article about the benefits of movement training, strength endurance and supportive strength! ➞ bit.ly/movement-routine
I have big back pain and today I sow one of your vids and just did walk on all 4 and my pain reduce in two minutes. And I feel great. Only my dog is little surprised and she hide all toys from me 😂😂 Can you please make video on muscules that are working for all walking styles? And naturally u got 1 more sub. Thanx and greetings from Slovenia. This is awsome ❤👍
Thanks a lot for the good instruction and explanation. This video in particulair (next to your other vids about animal movements) is my starter. My little boys (3 and 5 years old) play along nicely too. And play being the key for me personally here. Many thanks!
Thank you so much. I've seen you demonstrate these movements but shown here step by step and, explained in detail with patience is what I have been waiting to see and hear. So much appreciated 👍
Wow. I tried it out right away while watching and listened to your explantions. Look so easy but its quite hard work. The crab walk is difficult for me because its new . I will practise this. Great!
Your channel is amazing man, give to us another perspective about what really are exercises, and open our minds to new cool things! Congratulations! You are amazing 👍
Hey man. Great video as always, have you ever heard of the channel Original Strength? They do some similar stuff, not only does this contralateral type movement train your body but your brain also! There's so much benefit to moving in every way you can think of
Very boring, just another great video, as always!😉Please go on to bore me this way! 😅For my understanding just one more, kind of conceptual question: Movement seems to be somehow opposed to the regular exercise regime in fitness and bodybuilding, where very often you do exercises (in other words regulated movements) and count repititions or time (for example counting time for static exercises). If I just for example do the bear walk, count the steps and try to progress, I feel I am still following the regular exercise regime, although the bear walk, of course, is a great exercise. Where does movement start for you? How does it connect to flows? What are the building blocks or principles of movement workouts/routines? What would be a movement workout on rings/sling trainer like? The reason why I ask this: I am physically disabled ( very week hips, range of motion for hip flexion around 60-70° etc). Therefore I have to adapt a lot of exercises and routines around this condition. In some regards I can do some bodyweight exercises on intermediate level, on the other hand I cannot do some basic movements. If I better understand the principles of movement, it would be easier for me to adapt the routines/exercises to my needs. By the way, I think that principally this kind of exercise, would be very helpful especially for handicapped people, if the process of adaption is successful. People who have short term injuries and are not disabled would benefit from this information, too. They could learn how to train around an injury.
In movement training the steps should really be for knowing when to transition from one movement to another. Movement training should be as simple as possible: pick 2-6 different movements and combine them into a flow. Continue doing the routine until your body starts to lose the vigorous energy and the muscles start to burn. It should get a bit hard and feel uncomfortable because you need to support yourself the entire duration of the flow.

Really like your terminology of "your muscles carrying you". Excellent descriptor to cue individuals actively support joint stability.

How many min or rounds you do?
Make something specifically for calves.
