I read your food plan but, knowing I could not eat 1.5lbs of food at a time - I'm 78 years old and my appetite is not as big as it once was - I have devised my own version. I have 2 meals per day - mostly veg, some protein, (mostly fish and occasionally chicken} nuts & seeds, oats.Olive, rapeseed or avocado oil, full fat greek yoghurt' Not a lot of fruit and a low intake of carbs as I have Type 2 Diabetes. I do have black coffee - can't start the day without it!! I've found that rice cakes make great avocado 'toast' !! I drink loads of water - with lemon or flavoured sparkling water. No snacks. I am never hungry. Restaurants? I check the menu beforehand and I can usually put a main course together - I ask the waiter to leave things off if they don't 'fit'. No starter or dessert. I have some weight to lose to help my diabetes but I will use this as maintenance when I get to my desired weight. It works for me and 'serves me well' xx On another note - I stopped smoking about 40 years ago. I just decided one evening that I was going to stop, I put the pack and lighter in a box and told myself that they were there but I didn't need them. I found them years later and threw them away. For a few weeks, every time I felt the craving I told myself I could have a cigarette after I had done this or that. I went and something/anything and in about 1 minute the craving had passed. I kept doing that until I didn;t get the cravings any more. It worked for me!!
I am quite a bit younger than most folks who find you (i am 32) and i have been doing your plan for about a month and am amazed at the weight ive already lost, as well as how much better i feel. I feel like you really made a perfect "kiss" food plan (keep it simple stupid!) And its helped me so much. Thanks for providing this info for free
I have been on the plan as written since mid-March. PEOPLE--TRUST THE PLAN--IT WORKS! Don't try to make it into a complicated mess...no recipes, no problem. Weigh your portions, do the plan, and you will be amazed...Thank you Lulu for helping so many serve themselves well. Great video!
Can I ask how much you've lost? I know we are all different but I'm a little excited. I've been eating the LuLu Way for about a week and it's actually so easy. Having to eat so much is the hardest part. Hey, I can certainly deal with that as a problem.
@@karenbarrows6127I cannot eat that much, I've tried. So I don't and I don't stress about it, I know where my 'full' point is and I don't get hungry. So that is what serves me well. 😊
You are really promoting … accountability…responsibility… common sense. It’s rather mind-blowing because I (at age 68) see that the diet you are promoting is pretty much exactly the same one I (and many people as old as I am) grew up eating. Basic, portioned and balanced. I am so used to looking for the millions of details of whatever new diet plan I am currently trying that my knee jerk reaction to your two simple pages is, AND…….???? It is absolutely and shockingly refreshing that there IS NO AND! It’s as simple and basic as you have so beautifully stated in your two charts and many videos. So… thank you, Lulu…. I feel like I have been released from the prison called “Craziness”, and I am now left with just me, myself and I and no one else to put the responsibility or blame on, to make me right. ❤😊

Wow! That was SO GOOD, Lulu! Years of rotten body image issues got me where I am today. And I'm on the way to living better now. 6kg down eating fresh and healthy. Thanks Lulu.
I’m 60 years old and am morbidly obese. I have dieted my way up to this. I like Lulu started my first diet in junior high, remember dexatrim? I have done them all you name it and I have probably done it. All the diets have done is make me bigger. Why????? I’ve never made changes towards healthy eating. I loose 50 gain 75, last time I lost 75 gained 125. Some of you are thinking that is crazy, but it isn’t because they were diets. Lulu has done exactly what I needed to do, she made a lifestyle change that has worked for her. It doesn’t matter what you do as long as you make the changes it will work. Hats off Lulu for your commitment and staying with it and your energy shows what can happen when you make the change and stick with it. Lulu how long have you been on this plan?
Sounds much like my experience. I remember Dexatrim! I did Phen Fen, WW, JC, Optifast, low carb, low calorie, fasting, you name it! It all works to lose weight - I've hit goal many times, but nothing worked to keep it off. I'm hopeful this might work for me. :)
Thank you for sharing Lulu. I do buy a mayonnaise, the brand is Chosen Foods with 100% pure avocado oil and 0 suger, but it's not cheap....$7/8 a jar. I get it at Market Basket.
You are right. It is difficult to give up certain food things, but I listened to you and did (no more tortilla chips, no fast food). It was difficult, but worth it. This is the only thing that has worked for me. So again, thank you. Losing slowly and down pounds that I thought I'd never lose. woot woot!
My plan is similar to yours. I weigh my food, eat lovely (but limited) meals, 3 x day. No sugar. I’m losing 6-7 pounds a month. It’ll take me 2 years to get to my goal but, hey, I wasn’t making much progress before! Love you, Lulu! ❤❤❤

Lulu - this is not a question - but a huge thank you for your food plan. I've just over being overweight and eating sugar. While I didn't really go looking for a diet plan - I tuned in for your travel videos - several different things you said just resonated with me. Especially "does this serve me" - it's a great mantra I can use when thinking about the food I eat. One thing about your food plan tho; I've been trying to eat that much food and find I get soooo full, or just get bored of eating. And, I always thought I was a big eater - LOL. In the last six weeks of following your plan, I've lost 10 pounds. I hope in a year I can say I'm down to a good weight. Again, THANK YOU for sharing your plan. I look forward to seeing more of your adventures.
if you are truly following the plan 100% without a bite of anything in between, how can you not be hungry for that next meal? my goodness, I could eat my meals two times over!! LOL 🐷
@@LulusWay64 Too funny - I think I'm still getting used to that many veggies - all that fiber and protein :) all at once. Thanks LuLu. I’ve lost 80 lbs in 2020 - 2021. I’ve since gained 20 back. I’m vegan, whole foods only, so this plan can fit me to a “T”. I tried your plan’s breakfast this morning on my favorite, oatmeal. Of course, I had to cut down on the amount of oatmeal I prepare, but that’s okay. I like to add soy milk, but I can do soy yogurt as a protein, but I also like a bit of walnuts. So I measured 4 oz of yogurt and 1 ounce of walnuts. A-OK. I still put in my flax meal as it is so nutritious, 1 Tbs. I also weighed 1/2 the blueberries and 1/2 date sauce which I make myself for the fruit. Finally cinnamon, and I still have my wholesome, nutritious and delicious oatmeal! Thanks again.
Greetings from North Bay Lulu. Your plan is still working for me.. down 3 pounds and feeling good and positive. Making the components like fish and chicken, potatoes and rice and I like quinoa is working great..I am not tempted by junk any more because my food is already in the fridge waiting for me. Thank you sweetheart. .you have changed my life. Besides, I have a little black dress that I wore when I was much thinner waiting for me to wear to the Christmas dance:):)
I follow you Lulu as you have so much “common sense”. This is what we need. I was taught this in the 1950s & 1960s UK. Since then, the food “scientists” have invented a way of disguising junk food for profit with a promise of some kind of health benefit. Great stuff Lulu xx
cleaning cold turkey is called DTs... its hard but worth it... ive quit smoking but i think i was ready... yes i often think about having a smoke but its gone in no time and i dont give in... 10yrs no smokie...
43 years for me… and until today I’ve dreams when I sleep, that I smoked a cigarette, forgetting that I stopped it. But during the day, never a crave. Best decision in a family of heavy smokers.
i truly agree with not wanting to go to a restaurant or eating out anywhere... if you think about it, its really gross. ppl touching your food, plates, silverware etc etc... not for me... i used to get sick everytime i ate out. now that i prepare my own food, im fine! you be the judge... lol
Thank you you are a blessing since I started menaupause I gained 45 pounds it’s crazy I truly needed this at this time in my life I will start I need surgery soon then will start cheers from Canada 🇨🇦
Hi Lulu. I was at the Maryland meet-up. I received some Dandy Blend and just wanted to let you know "I love it." Both hot and cold. I even shared it with my daughter. She couldn' t wait to order some for herself. So thank you, thank you, thank you!!!
If you're wondering about stretch marks or loose skin, skin elasticity is all in your genes. You either have skin that bounces back or you don't. Some creams will help to fade them a little but they won't go away completely. God Bless you Lulu. Thanks for the diet help, I'm considering starting. I really love food🤣I am exercising, hopefully I'll drop a few pounds and get serious. 💕🙏
Lulu, you say “If you’re hungry, forget about it”. I have found out (personally) that if you drink water when hungry it will fill your stomach for a short time. And the hunger pains leave in 20 minutes. Try it! If you can ignore it, drink some water, it will STOP at 20 minutes.
Oh, yes, this is all about taking good care of yourself, because noone else is responsible for your wellbeing! Thank you Lulu for sharing a simple way of doing this💛🙋🏻🇨🇭
Thank you for sharing, I've been watching lots of your videos. Today I did a big shop and cooked up a huge batch of roast veggies so I can start tomorrow. :)
Thank you LuLu for this video and for a copy of your food plan. I plan to start on Monday. It looks easy to understand and follow, but I plan to be “ out of my mind “ 🤪 for a few weeks. I quit smoking 24 years ago and I was a crazy person for a while, till I wasn’t. I expect this will be the same. Thank you for all you do. ❤
OMG - you could write comedy! I kept pausing this video and sending texts to my sister with your no-nonsense answers...my favorites: "hunger? ...suck it up Buttercup" and "I don't need two pieces of bread to bring food to my mouth"! I have a question for maybe your next Q&A: have you ever considered switching to a visual of the food amounts (versus weighing) given your experience and weight stability now?
haha!! silly me!! I have considered going for the visual and then I realize that this serves me well. I answer this question in more depth on my next Your Questions Answered video coming soon!! 😊
@@LulusWay64 I know from past experience that moving to a visual and later down the line not using a scale to weigh the food because you can just guess it, becomes Mission Creep and it gets out of control. Danger danger danger.
Very well put Lulu. I agree with you 💯 on all points. I had to unlearn all the ways I've learned to "cheat". Because in the end being on that path led me back, EVERY TIME. The flesh is NEVER SATISFIED!! And, I love what you said about the first weeks...so true. Ty so much for your invaluable wisdom.
I always find your videos so inspiring and honest. I don´t have a weight problem but I started following your plan because it looks so healthy and easy to follow that I thought I´d give it a try. And it is serving me quite well... YAY! I have had many health problems in the past, including coloncancer and other digestive disorders but now I´m quite recovered. I try to choose my food wisely in order to feel well and that is where your plan became a hit. The difficult part for me is keeping up with it in a latin community like mine where people love expressing their appreciation through meals. In Argentina any event triggers a friendly get-together with food. Thankfully we serve lots of salads with our meals, so I always find a healthy choice. Thanks again for sharing your knowledge with us. Bless you!
hi Cris!! I'm so happy to know you are inspired to follow this plan even with no weight to lose. you just want to serve yourself well! YAY YOU!! YAY US!!! 😊
Fantastic video agree with everything you said.so much common sense.and the loose skin comment never thought like that before.i need to lose a few stone and this bothered me now you've given me a different view..you look great by the way.
Hi Lulu, a few months ago, you did a montage of breakfast meals. When you come back from all your awesome travels, could you do a "big ass salad" one and a dinners one? They are so helpful! Lovin' the beaches! Kat and Tricksy ❤️☮️🙏🌈💃⛱️🐈⬛
Hello Lulu This video was really great! I enjoyed it so much! Thank you Lulu. I have been watching your video's and been on your program since July. I love it! It is so easy to follow and it is serving me well! I no longer have a sweet tooth! This alone is amazing Thank you from the bottom of my heart, I appreciate you more than you will ever know! Roseanne
Hi Lulu, I just started watching your videos. You make me smile, you are so positive and I felt better after watching you. I think your plan may be the answer for me. My diet history is just like yours and so many others. I don’t do well with too many choices. I want to make the commitment to start your food plan but I’m also afraid of failure again. I’m in my 70’s and I’d like to feel healthy.
Hi, Lulu, 'does it serve me well?' is the question, I meanwhile ask me almost daily, also inspired by your song. If I forget about that, I mostly regret it after. I’ve found 'my way' over the years, starting at 26, giving up cigarettes, and then meat, sugar, white flour, alcohol. I've a garden with veggies and fruit, made my own bread, noodles, fermented veggies… Sugar came back, in small amounts, but it didn’t serve me well…I got diabetes and am a bit overweight. I think, diabetes is in my family, maybe it’s the age, too (almost 70), but that doesn’t mean, I can’t support myself and change things. It’s a lovely coincidence that I found you and can study your way. Next step waiting for me… 👟👟, bringing my own food around🫙🥦🫛🥒. Thank you for sharing, love, Monika❣
Thank you, Lulu, for this video. I love your honesty and how you approach the whole subject of how to eat to serve us well. Answering these questions was very helpful, and I look forward to future similar videos. I don’t know why I haven’t started following this program 100 percent but I am finally ready.
I also have the Nutrivoire book and the two fit so good together. I lost all my extra weight following your diet but I started allowing little things like honey and maple syrup and then it went downhill from there. But I'm baaaack.
Everyone fasts over night. That's why we call that first meal the next day "break fast" 😆 It's amazing that you were able to quit the bad habits cold turkey. I have such a sugar addiction -- both physically and emotionally -- that I really don't know how I would handle going 100% sugar free. I love your approach to socializing and going to restaurants; to snacking; to being comfortable saying "no" when offered food, etc. One question I have that wasn't covered here is why you take so many supplements when you eat such a well balanced diet. I guess I've always been under the impression that supplements were to supplement or add things that were missing in your diet, but yours seems so healthy.
I'm answering that question in my next "Your Questions Answered" video coming soon. long story short "the produce department is my pharmacy, my supplements is my health insurance"!!! 😊
Lulu, I experience severe stomach aches usually a couple times a month. So I nibble on crackers and Sprite. During your past 10 years what ,if anything, do you eat/drink to calm an upset stomach ?
I have never had an upset stomach. I don't think flour and sugar (crackers and sprite) are the cure for an upset stomach. I absolutely positively with never put those two things in my mouth. I don't know what you need, but perhaps speak with your health care professional.
Thank you LuLu! My question is what do you do if you are with your grandchildren and they tell you they are hungry? Do you fix them something to eat out of their refrigerator?
I found it less expensive at a local little health food store. it turns out that the one that was half the price was not organic, but I wasn't comparing apples to apples. but the non-organic one is GMO free and that's suits me well, so I'll get it there going forward!
Kentucky Shirley here. Loved your video. I have tried weight watchers, nutrosystem nothing worked for very long. I liked yours. Will keep in touch and let you know how l am doing. ❤Shirley from ,Ky.
So...we are humans and all go to the bathroom, so I'll just ask. I have eaten so so many vegetables in the last week. Obviously, a pound twice a day. Drinking alot more water. Bathroom is not happening. Im afraid of the moment it catches up if it does. You mentioned in another video that our body will get used to the veggies. Is that what you were referring to? Have you heard others suggestions to get the train out of the station?
I will run to the store tomorrow and get Benefiber. Thank you. I'm getting a bit nervous. I would have thought it would be the opposite with all of these greens and cabbage type veggies. Ugh.
Getting prepared. Just got my scale 😊 and just bought myself a pressure cooker for my b'day!!! But I have a question. It's says 2 oz hard cheese. Is there a type of cheese recommended? Ty
As someone who has been eating a plant based diet for the last 10 years, I get this question a lot. Plants have protein too. In a balanced diet, protein is never a problem. In a standard western diet, not eating enough fiber is. On Lulu's plan, you eat protein heavy food 3 times a day, so don't worry about proteins😊
Hi Lulu! Thanks so much for sharing your eating plan. I have a question if you dont mind. The edamame spaghetti under your description. That's counted as a protein, correct, and would 2 oz be 1 protein? Thanks so much. 😊

Making the components like fish and chicken, potatoes and rice and I like quinoa is working great..I am not tempted by junk any more because my food is already in the fridge waiting for me. Thank you sweetheart. .you have changed my life. Besides, I have a little black dress that I wore when I was much thinner waiting for me to wear to the Christmas dance:):)
hi Christine!! looks like you are serving yourself well!! YAY YOU!!! you'll be in that lil' black dress soon enough!! 💕
I follow you Lulu as you have so much “common sense”. This is what we need. I was taught this in the 1950s & 1960s UK. Since then, the food “scientists” have invented a way of disguising junk food for profit with a promise of some kind of health benefit. Great stuff Lulu xx
well said, that's it in a nutshell. 😥
I drink water with lemon and mint from the garden. Very refreshing!
Having healthy food while on the go is always a top priority for us while on the go in the van! Great information!
cleaning cold turkey is called DTs... its hard but worth it... ive quit smoking but i think i was ready... yes i often think about having a smoke but its gone in no time and i dont give in... 10yrs no smokie...
10 years for me too!! best decision evah!!
@@LulusWay64 24 years for me. I was a heavy smoker for 40 years and didn't want to quit but I did!
13 years for me and I'm still so happy and thankful for the fact that I don't have to smoke anymore🎉
43 years for me… and until today I’ve dreams when I sleep, that I smoked a cigarette, forgetting that I stopped it. But during the day, never a crave. Best decision in a family of heavy smokers.
30 years for me this past Feb 23. Sadly my husband who couldn’t quit died from lung cancer 14 years ago. Believe me this is a horrible way to die.
i truly agree with not wanting to go to a restaurant or eating out anywhere... if you think about it, its really gross. ppl touching your food, plates, silverware etc etc... not for me... i used to get sick everytime i ate out. now that i prepare my own food, im fine! you be the judge...
So thank you, thank you, thank you!!!
hi Janet! I'm so happy you enjoy the Dandy Blend!!! try it with a sprinkle of cinnamon in it! YUM!!!
Thank you so very much. God bless you.
Gratitude LuLu for sharing your wisdom with us. I'm so glad to have found your channel ❤
Oh, yes, this is all about taking good care of yourself, because noone else is responsible for your wellbeing!
Thank you Lulu for sharing a simple way of doing this💛🙋🏻🇨🇭
I want to learn how to finish a statement with that Lulu smile 😊 I'd get instant respect anywhere
Lulu, you are so wise. Thank you for sharing on your UA-cam channel.
stick with this the same way you stuck with quitting smoking. 🙏
YAY YOU!! YAY US!!! 😊
@@LulusWay64 Yes! And YAY to all this healthy community you've inspired.
Fantastic video agree with everything you said.so much common sense.and the loose skin comment never thought like that before.i need to lose a few stone and this bothered me now you've given me a different view..you look great by the way.
so happy to hear you now have a different view. let's just serve ourselves well and love ourselves 😊
Thank you for this info plus I LOVE your glasses!!
I love and appreciate all that you're doing. You've been a constant encouragement to me for healthy living.
Loved, loved, loved your answer regarding loose skin. :)
Hello Lulu
This video was really great!
Roseanne
wow!! you are doing great!! it's such a gift to get rid of those cravings. freedom!! 😊

I’m in my 70’s and I’d like to feel healthy.
don't think about failure, Judy! FOCUS ON SUCCESS! "what you focus on, grows!!" believe in yourself!! if I can do it, you can do it!! 😊
I'm so happy you are paying attention and ready for change, 💕 🙏
this is the best vid you have made and i thank you...
Loved your videolog... it makes sense definitivamente
@LulusWay64, thank you so very much! This was very helpful in understanding your way. Heaps of best wishes!
Wonderful video as always Lulu. Thank you for all you do.
This video has helped me a lot, I was making it hard. Forget the cookbook
yes, forget the cookbook. keep it simple and therein lies the peace!! 🙏
Lulu, thank you very much for keeping it real. No pain no gain 😊 as you say “suck it up Buttercup “. ❤
Great questions. Thanks for the distinct, thorough answers.
Hi Lulu
Thank you for your video today. I agree with you. Hope you are having a good day today
Thank you, Lulu, for this video. I love your honesty and how you approach the whole subject of how to eat to serve us well. Answering these questions was very helpful, and I look forward to future similar videos. I don’t know why I haven’t started following this program 100 percent but I am finally ready.
100% is where it's at!! it where you'll feel the difference!! you'll sense the peace.
Love this video! Do what serves you well!
Hi Lulu! Wondering, I hear you say ‘maintenance’ food plan, but what did the weight loss daily vittles look like?

I like the tweet on opening Lulu’s Way
Hello🦋
I also have the Nutrivoire book and the two fit so good together. I lost all my extra weight following your diet but I started allowing little things like honey and maple syrup and then it went downhill from there. But I'm baaaack.
welcome back!! 😊
This was an amazing and informative video! Thank you Lulu … ❤
Hi Lulu 🙋♀️ Great video and informative ❤️❤️😊
Love ya Lulu and if i could kick the sugar it would be a miracle, i may give it a try in my quest to be healthier and most definitely lose weight.
Thx Lulu great video I have watched a few times so good ❤
I would like to see you make a cook book, breakfast, lunch and dinner. Thank you. I have learned so much
That's a DANDY idea!!! And we could all contribute our favorite healthy recipes 💕
She allready has a video on breakfast ideas😋
Thank you so so much for clarification... much appreciated ❤ very helpful
Dukes mayonnaise is my favorite and I just looked at the label. There is no sugar.
Thanks!
Lol “Restaurant I don’t even belong there” ❤
Lulu, I experience severe stomach aches usually a couple times a month.
Previously mentioned interest in cooler chest - do you have a video that details how you did it??? Thanks.
this how I keep my food cold: ua-cam.com/video/T4RmroAj-kg/v-deo.htmlsi=equYHT-y_Lq6JF2U
Thank you LuLu! My question is what do you do if you are with your grandchildren and they tell you they are hungry? Do you fix them something to eat out of their refrigerator?
well, I don't have grandchildren but if anybody was in my home and said they were hungry, I would show them what I have and share it with them!!
Love your sugestivos. you make a lot of sense
Low fat products usually have added or more sugar.
right!
Grain/Rice Cakes: are these prepared by you or purchased readymade?
these are the rice cakes I enjoy: Lundberg Rice Cakes: amzn.to/45uQHxm
Great healthy helpful video. Thank you.
Which video did you speak about the best place to buy Dandy Blend? Ordered a sample pack from them today for $2 to try it.
I found it less expensive at a local little health food store. it turns out that the one that was half the price was not organic, but I wasn't comparing apples to apples. but the non-organic one is GMO free and that's suits me well, so I'll get it there going forward!
Thank you for this.
Kentucky Shirley here. Loved your video. I have tried weight watchers, nutrosystem nothing worked for very long. I liked yours. Will keep in touch and let you know how l am doing. ❤Shirley from ,Ky.
please keep in touch and let me know how you are doing. 😊
Hi Lulu! How do you use your peanut butter? I've seen new jars in your grocery shopping bags a couple of times.
Great video. Thank you!
I put it on rice cakes. or a scoop in a bowl of hot oatmeal!!
Great info! Thank you LuLu🥰
I also struggled with that last time I changed my diet, my doctor said walking should help and also put me on Benefiber.
I will run to the store tomorrow and get Benefiber. Thank you. I'm getting a bit nervous. I would have thought it would be the opposite with all of these greens and cabbage type veggies. Ugh.
I don't know why you are having this issue. you may want to speak with your health care professional if it persists. 😊
It's resolved. But thanks.
The benefiber works. Triple thank you. I waa getting nervous and I would never pay for a doc appointment for that. Thank you for your help. Truly.
Getting prepared. Just got my scale 😊 and just bought myself a pressure cooker for my b'day!!! But I have a question. It's says 2 oz hard cheese. Is there a type of cheese recommended? Ty
no, whatever cheese you enjoy!!!

Lulu, this has been an amazing program. One question how do you make sure you are getting enough protein? Thanks Annette
As someone who has been eating a plant based diet for the last 10 years, I get this question a lot.
Plants have protein too. In a balanced diet, protein is never a problem.
In a standard western diet, not eating enough fiber is.
On Lulu's plan, you eat protein heavy food 3 times a day, so don't worry about proteins😊
there is protein in all foods! and when you think about it, how many people do you know say I tested low for protein? we're fine!!!!
Thank You👏🏼🥰❤
Hi Lulu! Thanks so much for sharing your eating plan. I have a question if you dont mind. The edamame spaghetti under your description. That's counted as a protein, correct, and would 2 oz be 1 protein? Thanks so much. 😊
it would be 6 oz. of cooked pasta. because edamame is a bean and beans are 6 oz. ENJOY!
I didn't see pasta on the plan.
@@joanneinavan it's not on the plan. yet is one finds an item that may work under the plan, they ask about it.
This was great!
Please put out food plan we can copy we love you on video Hop to meet you someday
it's under the "Files" tab in the FB group I mention in this video. link in description.
Yes yes yes love your bodyb🤗🙋😘very helpful as always Lulu. Yes it serves me well!!! 🙋
Wonderful❤
Sugar addiction is no joke, but you can do it!!
Lulu, I want to be you when I grow up! lol. You are so cool!
I’m almost 59 btw. 😂
Are there any changes you would suggest for someone who has to eat dairy free?
I don't eat dairy. just eat everything else!! there's lots of things to choose from!!!
What olive oil do you use? Any recommendation?
my favorite is Braggs Organic Olive Oil
I would love to know what brands of rice cakes you use and also jar beets and peanut butter having a hard time finding these things
I like Lundberg Ricecakes (the best): amzn.to/3WTtt19
I like Olympus Greek Beets: amzn.to/3M94NN6
I have no particular Peanut Butter that I prefer, although Teddy is good.
@@LulusWay64 I bought the lundberg rice cakes as you advised and I love them. A little nut butter and sliced banana is great for breakfast.

I have a question: I love smoked oysters. Would they count as a fish or no?😊TIA
I would count that as fish. are they in a can? are they packed in water? just drain them and weigh them. be sure they don't have sugar in the smoke flavor, check the label!! 😊
@@LulusWay64 great! They are in a tin. I'll drain, pat off and weigh them. Btw: I'm down 18 lbs from 150. I am just in awe and so happy with myself! Can't thank you enough ♥️🙏🏻 I hope to thank you in person some day
