Hannah, I totally agree with you! I am recovering from a incomplete spinal cord injury, so standing and stirring for cooking a whole meal is difficult. So many healthy, delicious, EASY & quick recipes to choose from. Julia's recipes are helping me so much with feeling "I CAN do that!". (Plus, after 6 months of Ensure... yesterday, my first real meal was a Dump & Go casserole, I swear my tastebuds exploded 🤯🤗!) Hang in there! Things I learned from my injury: If now you can, you do. If now you can't, you don't. But DONT beat yourself up if you can't. Why make yourself suffer more? Nerves heal 1mm a Day, it takes time, rest, & good food. If you have a good day, enjoy! If the next day is a down day, remember you're healing & you will have more good days ("do days") if you listen to your body. Julia's Dump & Go's are a great place to start, WITH LOTS OF CHEESE! 🤗👍

@@jennahansen8559 seasoned chicken i would usually sub seasoned tofu for ground beef I sub with a plant based meat substitute. same with the cheese/milk - just use the vegan alternative! its pretty easy now to find vegan cheeses and milks and butters at any grocery store- makes it really convenient!

Hey Julia! These look so good. It would be amazing if you could add a feature to your website where we could save recipes in a “recipe box”.
Right now I’ve been saving them in open tabs on my browser and working my way through making them.
I went and searched for her on Pinterest and her videos pop up. I then save them to a board called "Julia Pancheco Recipes".
I bookmark recipes in Chrome. I have different categories like slow cooker, sheetpan, quick weeknight, etc. When I make my meal plan I go through those categories and pick out what would work best for that night.

I'm so impressed by your easy recipes! I'm always at a loss as to what to cook for dinner so I appreciate this so much. The only thing I want to add is that for a family of four, like I have, we would double the recipe. I've got a 12 year old and a 7 year old who eat ridiculous amounts of food. Lol.

You've literally changed my life!!! I haven't been cooking for my husband. He's trying to gain weight, and I'm trying to lose. And I was working, and he was staying home...(He has Parkinsons.) But after this last video, I had an epiphany!!!! I am now retired. I can cook good meals for both of us, and not gain weight. (But he can eat a bigger serving!) I'm taking your recipes for each week, save them in an email folder, make a grocery list on Google Notes, with the title of your video, Date them (So I know how long ago we had those recipes) and will have the list the next time I use that video. Your recipes have gotten us through an unbelievably hot summer here in South Texas. I can’t wait for below-90 temps (at least it’s finally below 100) so I can use my oven again! Thank you for sharing all these great recipes. I have never seen pierogies baked before, but you learn something new every day. I am from Pittsburgh, Pa. We boil our pierogies and fry them in butter and onions. Sour cream served on the side. You'll have to give it a try.

I make something similar to your Italian pasta salad, but it's a recipe that my mother-in-law was given by one of her old coworkers.
I use Rotini pasta as well, but I use broccoli and cauliflower as my veggies, and I use cubed mozzarella instead of cubed colby jack cheese. I also use regular sized pepperoni and usually whatever Italian dressing that I can find. I keep the broccoli and cauliflower raw and they soak up the Italian dressing and they become more and more tender the longer it sits in the fridge. Absolutely my favorite pasta dish!!
