Ingredients
(8 inches removable base quiche pan / tart pan)
(A) Butter & scallion mixture:-
1. 25g ( 2 1/2 tbsps ) Soften butter
2. 1 tbsp Scallions / green onions ( sliced into small size )
3. 1 tsp Garlic ( finely chopped )
4. A pinch of salt
5. Sprinkles of black pepper
(B) Dough:-
1. 180g ( 1 1/4 cup ) Bread flour
2. 3g ( 1/2 tsp full ) Salt
3. 25g ( 2 tbsps ) Caster sugar
4. 4g ( 1 1/4 tsp ) Instant dried yeast
5. 100ml Warm milk
6. 1 Egg
7. 15g ( 1 1/2 tbsp ) Soften butter
(C) Topping:-
1. 60g ( 1/2 cup ) Mozzarella cheese
2. 40g ( 1/4 cup ) Cheddar cheese
2. Scallions (green onions) for sprinkes on top of bread
Bake in a preheated 165°C ~ 185°C oven for 13 ~ 15 minutes.
Baking time & temperature may vary depending on the type and accuracy of oven. You may need to adjust your oven temperature accordingly. - Навчання та стиль

Thanks. You get biscuit dough ...buttered comes six or eight to a package. Using the green onions butter can be made in pie pan too. Excellent recipe. Living in USA bread dough frozen is plentiful. Butter and garlic mix can stored in the frig for three days....flat focaccia bread can be made...buttered biscuits and croissants as well lot of choices...garlic and jalapeño is the best bet!

Made this today and it’s the fluffiest, most moist bread I’ve ever made! I’ve tried many other “fluffy” bread recipes, but I will definitely return to this one.
I used regular AP flour. My dough was very sticky, so I ended up adding about another 1/4cup of flour. With patience and trust in your dough, you have to knead with your spatula for a good 10 min. I baked mine at around 340F for 14 min, the inside texture is very moist and tender. Idk if I was overzealous with the cheese but it’s almost a little stick to your teeth moist, but it could’ve also maybe used another minute or two in the oven. Flavor wise, it’s buttery, garlic-y, onion-y, and cheesy, I mean even if you somehow screwed up the bread Im sure it’d still taste delicious.

Although I appreciate this recipe & the relaxing piano music, it would be a lot more helpful, if you could put the ingredients in a line up here below & in a language most can understand, like what is (100 ml milk) & what is (180 g bread flour), or what is Caster Sugar? mainly what does (ml) or (g) mean or what USA oven temperature is the same as 165 or 185 C?
Jeez,I know most inconvenient that a majority of the world uses metric measure and Centigrade temps, but poor murika still in the dark ages ...lol just look up a conversion table online, how difficult is that..?
