I made these last night. They were very good. I had to convert some of the ingredients to the English measurement system to get a more exact recipe. I also had to watch the video a few times to get all of the directions correct. I wrote it all down so I can make them again. I thought I'd share that effort. 8 buns 9 X 9 baking dish Yeast mixture - 1. 5/8 cup warm milk (105-108 degrees F) 2. 1 ¼ tsp sugar 3. 1 ¾ tsp instant dried yeast Mix the above 3 ingredients together and allow to sit for 5-10 minutes until yeast mixture is foaming Dough - 1. 1 ½ cup AP flour sifted 2. 1 ½ tbsp sugar 3. ½ tsp salt 4. 2 tbsp soften butter Mix the flour, sugar, and salt together with a whisk. Add yeast mixture and stir with a rubber spatula until well combined. Cover with a towel and allow dough to rest for 20 minutes. After resting period, place dough in the stand mixer with dough hook and add softened butter. Kneed with mixer until the mixing bowl is clean and all ingredients are well combined. Dough should be smooth and elastic. Place dough in an oiled bowl and allow dough to rise for 40-60 minutes. Time can be extended to up to 2 hours if necessary. After dough rises, place dough on lightly floured surface and roll into a think round loaf, 2.5 inches in diameter and about 10” long. Divide dough into 8 equal pieces. Form each piece into a ball by folding it over several times and then forming into a ball by tucking under and rolling in hands. Don’t over work the dough. Place balls in buttered baking dish. Place in pan so there is space between balls and sides and each other to allow room for expansion. It may be better to use a 10 x 13 pan. Cut a fairly deep cross in the top of each bun using scissors, cutting all the way across on the first cut and cutting on each side of the first cut to make the cross. I made these...they were easy, came out perfect and my husband loved! I did find that I didn’t even need to eat with butter but I can imagine they would be delish with. Thank you. I bake sourdough and other styles of bread. It’s nice to learn new and terrific recipes. Such a good video sir!

Hi I just made this for tonight ! This is so fluffy and garlicky , cheesy ! I love this ! I don't care hand kneading , so I was using with Bread Machine. It is no problem at all. It is still fluffy very soft bread finishing ! Definitely I'm going to make repeat this . Thank you again !
i made this as a dessert for a small dinner party it took a lot of time and it was daunting, but i got it done it wasn't as perfect as the one in the video, but i was very proud with the results and it got rave reviews and i would make it again it was show stopper

Hi Sammers, suggest you refrigerate your dough straight away right after mixing them, not after a rise. Put the dough in a covered container. Happy baking.😊😊.
