Watched your recipe from India. This is a very typical breakfast recipe in Indian household, called stuffed parantha. We use whole wheat flour , not white flour. You can stuff in a cheese slice for quick cooking. You can also stuff grated vegetables like cauliflower, cabbage,onions, boiled and mashed potatoes with seasoning of your choice. Visit us in India for enjoying our stuffed parantha with dollops of white butter and curd!

I know this is an older video - I watched from about 40 miles south of Seattle (Puyallup, Washington) - Funny my husband sent me this after I made us some flat breads for dinner with this exact recipe minus the cheese lol - What a great alternative way to use this basic bread recipe!
Looks great! This is what we would call a flower tortilla in Mexico. Traditionally they make them in the northern states of Mexico instead of the corn tortilla that we make in the south of the country! You could add some guacamole or chipotle ! Mmmmmmm!😊

Yeah, I was thinking mozzarella /Gouda would melt nicely, or some lightly fried leeks and red peppers & dill weed/dried thyme in butter with a little crumbled Wendsleydale cheese, squeeze of lemon juice and a little cheddar cheese...yum!😋
I basically take a tortilla, splash some hot sauce on it, put a cheese slice on top, fold into a square and fry in a pan. Pretty similar but so much quicker.
I think that people in the comments got mistaken by the thumbnail. Its cheese bread but its still just a bread. On the thumbnail it looks like a dough pocket just filled with a ton of cheese you know, looked like one of them made snacks that you buy in supermarket and its just dough and cheese. But this is cheese bread, meaning there is cheese in the bread but its not the main ingredient, you still have to put toppings on it just like you do on the standard bread...So for this its actually correct ammount of cheese. Also the good quality cheeses are very much noticable even without putting too much of it

Not a baker or a cook but I will try this bread. Wish me luck, it does have the right amount of ingredients...flour, salt, butter, baking powder and cheese...more thant that and I am out😅
Plus if you’re an American, the recipe is done in metric. Good luck at trying to figure everything out, lol. I have no problems with the European measuring system
@SandraCat22 my measuring cups are graded with both measurements. But my bread was not soft like hers, edible yes...every year, for many years now, I have tried to make bread...unsuccessfully....I have no patience....
@@evoxpop2088 that’s great for your measuring cups. But you CANNOT do grams in measuring cups. 20g is 4.8mL (so that’s approximately 1 teaspoon because 1 teaspoon is 5mL)

I make like this but add a sprinkle with scallions or green onion tops. It's a great recipe. I make them round sometimes too.

This is pretty close to my recipe, I just make it with different flavors depending on the meal. Everyone thought I was NUTZ when they seen me cook this, then turn around and want more because its so good. Try it with a variety of different deserts. It's excellent and you can make it way healthier than what you buy in the stores 🧑🍳😁

I would put in mozzarella (the dry type, which melts) cooked ham, tomato and oregano ... Did you try this? Other than that you made me and my son hungry. Cheers.
