Thanks! I have a question though, Ever since the pandemic started I now pay at the Self Check out and I want to know how do you use your Kroger Plus card at the Self check out because I only have the “Plus Card” digitally and I want to use my “Plus Card” for Fuel Points and use the coupons I clipped for my mom to save money as well but the scanner doesn’t want to scan my phone’s digital Plus Card so I don’t what to do. Also how do I submit my Alt-Id at the self checkout if I can’t use my digital Plus Card? Do I just tap the my Alt-Id’s number on the screen and press enter?

I use the alt I'd and just enter my phone number I put in my Kroger account. So as long as you have the number on your account it should work. Other than that I wouldn't know. :)

Hey is there a way to get value from fuel rewards if you don't have a car? Or switch it to cash back or something or is it just "fuel rewards?" Thanks

as far as I know it is just fuel rewards. maybe you have a friend or family member who can benefit from yours. A person just has to enter the phone number associated with the card at the gas pump. So say you live in New York then someone in Ohio could use your fuel points.

Once you've added/ clipped these to the card how do you know what's on the card ? In other words when you're in the store. do I need to write the items down on a list so I'll know to look for them?

A couple things I do is either write a list or more commonly I just look at the coupons I have clipped on my phone in the store. Around here the kroger stores have free wifi. Usually I look at the coupons and clip them in the car just before I go in which makes it pretty easy to remember what I am looking for.

If I am in the kroger store, and I have setup my phone to use the store's guest wifi (of course), and I see that an item has a coupon, is there a way to quickly bring up the coupon I need to clip, by scanning the item's barcode on my iPhone or android phone?

There is a kroger app. It might let you do that. I can't remember because I got a new phone and haven't installed it. I just use their website to load digital coupons. It is quick and easy to search the digital coupons either in the app or in a browser. It starts sorting the coupons as you type in the words. I open the digital coupons on my phone when I get there so that I can look at them as I shop.

I wish there was a select all coupon button. Takes long to scroll through all of the available items.

Yeah I think it has something to do with the way you have to clip a paper coupon. Because it really seems to me that they could just automatically load all the coupons for everyone but they don't do that.

e-gift cards are gift cards that you just get a code for. There is no actual card. So you spend them online. I am not sure if Fred Meyer has a way of redeeming them but I would think if you logged into your account there and looked if they have a place to put in a number for gift cards. It just maybe at the end if you buy online in the payment section.

I don't know why they have to play these coupon games. They should have their lowest prices on items everyday. This applies to all retailers not just Kroger.
