When shopping in-store, and there are QRC coupons displayed, is there a specific scanning app needed, or will ony one do? Do the scanned coupons automatically get downloaded into my Kroger account?

The most confusing way to use a simple coupon, so Ridiculous. im shopping some where else.
I did all that. And it said there was a problem; both with trying the already had an account and with setting up a new one.
