Hi did you Chain 30 one colour then 30 the other? Also how many rows did you do to fit and adult male? I know that might seem obvious but I'm new to this and want to double check:)

I've been wanting to really learn how to do a ribbed style beanie and this video was everything I needed! I took the recommendation from a fellow commenter on using 60 stitches for an adult male hat and am currently working on it! Will update on the amount of rows I used for my boyfriend's hat but this was an amazing video and extremely helpful ❤️❤️

I really don’t understand why your video is not way up there at the top of the views?!!! I was doing a baby hat rib pattern before this one and I gave up after 5 rows. The stitches were tricky to do ( double treble slip stitch) which is not quick to do at all. Your two stitches are a pleasure to do. This is by far the best ribbed baby hat on here. Also I like the way you reduce at the top of the hat, so it’s not all bundled up. I should have known the French would know what they are talking about with style. Lovely accent and very well explained. Will be trying a lot more of your videos. Thank you ❤️

Hi Sirin! This is a great technique for a two colored ribbed beanie. I am currently making one for my son who is a professor and the school colors are blue and gold. It was a little tricky getting the join color right, but I am happy to say I figured it out. I just love your channel. I've made the round bag, and two fo the granny squares so far. Thank you for this pattern. I made this same hat a very long time ago , I think is was in 1968. I remember using mohair yarn , but only one colour. It does stretch a lot, I made it a little too wide, so this time I will make it so it fits a little tighter. I had forgotten how much I liked this hat, it was light beige and matched all my coats and cardigans. I just subscribed to your channel.

I absolutely love this hat! I used 60 total stitches for an adult male. You can use a fabric tape measure to know how many rows to do.
