Eyes down the middle, patience in my set. Slow my sets down in my mind. Hands in quick when they tight. In a jump set. Drive through the ground in knee sets. Push ground down and away! To get more depth push ground down and foward .
On base block control the chest control the Neman
On reach block backside hand on down the middle .
Eyes on middle in every block
On cut off under armpit

You can also look at the hip movement but you gotta focus on the chest so you don't get hand slapped
