Current and ex nfl players have devoted their entire lives to the craft and have so much knowledge that can help kids get better across the nation. There were no o line technique breakdowns when I was in high school until a few days after I graduated; joe Thomas did a technique breakdown and immediately shed light on about three or four of my recurring stance and get off issues. Please NFL put keep putting these out!

With the signing of Mack Hicks got lost in the shuffle, but that man is still a major part in how that Bears Def works. He is an absolute beast and if you double/tripple Mack you are setting yourself up for failure b/c Hicks is a beast to stop 1x1. And Hicks is making sure the new guys on the line know how to do it also. Love this dude, loved him since the Bears signed him.

This was an excellent breakdown and Akiem is very well-spoken and communicated very well his thought prosess. I'm more offensive-line centric when I look at UA-cam videos that does me good to see videos from players lining up on the other side of the ball.

I don't know how the Bears do it but they find classy hard working players who are also incredibly talented. I don't think I've loved a post 85 Bears team this much ever. My Juco coach told me story when his Center was playing against Akiem Hicks and kicked the crap out of him all game. Hicks talked to that Center after the game and said, "If I didn't want to get suspended, I'd beat your ass". From Juco to a small college, a true inspiration for young athletes!
For anyone who still believes the stereotype of the dumb jock, watch this. Akiem Hicks is highly intelligent, articulate, and studies a lot of film. Watching someone like Hicks be so passionate gets me fired up about whatever is going on in my life, too. I love this.
