I notice on Kitchen Nightmares that the gantry lights are never on on the Pass. And let's be clear it is a Pass ""NOT A Fxxxxxg Window!! As for raw food being sent out to customers (completely unacceptable) use a probe it only takes seconds to check if it's cooked or raw, NO excuse for raw food sent out to customers. The one thing Chefs hate the most are comebacks. A simple 3 second probe stops this BS. Probes in professional kitchens is the law in the UK and for good bloody reason.. "So you don't Fxxxxg poison anyone" if you kill anyone for food negligence in the UK you will do Jail time..NO Joke.
