The opening episode of a new series sees Gordon in Plainfield, New Jersey, trying to save a floundering soul food restaurant called Blackberry's. He comes up against the indomitable Shelley, an owner who runs her establishment with an iron fist, and doesn't want to hear what Gordon has to say. Gordon must find a way to convince her to change her ways if the restaurant is going to stand a chance.
Season 5, Episode 2
Gordon Ramsay continues his travels across the United States, travelling to New Jersey to try to snatch Italian restaurant Leone's from the jaws of failure. Owner Leone had a thriving business, but after a sudden illness she spent two years in hospital in a coma. When she returned, she was heartbroken to discover that her lazy son Michael had run all her efforts and the restaurant into the ground.

You have to love Mary. But her daughter--what a shame!!! As for Michael, well we all know he's lazy, ungrateful, spoiled & needs to grow up. He'll find it difficult to work elsewhere. He threw it all away. He's only good at eating!!
