FISH FINGERS RECIPE || HOW TO MAKE CRISPY FISH FINGERS.

Fish Fingers Recipe, How to make Crispy Fish fingers.
Ingredients;
1. Fish Fillet
2. Bread crumbs
3. Flour
4. 3 to 4 Eggs
5. 1/2 a glass of milk
6. spices - paprika, oregano and Black pepper
7. Lemon
8. Ginger Garlic paste
9. Salt
METHOD;
1. Chop the fish fillet into finger like shapes.
2. Marinate the chopped fish in a mixture of spices, ginger garlic paste and lemon and let it marinate for 30 minutes.
3. Season the flour and bread crumbs with salt and spices.
4. Beat the eggs and mix with the milk.
5. After 30 minutes dip the fish into the flour, egg wash and bread crumbs respectively.
6. Shallow fry in a pan until they turn golden brown.
7, Serve hot and enjoy.
