  • These muffins are the perfect protein filled snack! They're sugar free (if you don't classify maple syrup as sugar and without the chocolate chips), and so delectable! I did half with chocolate chips and half with blueberries.
    Theyre great for the freezer to take out as you want them too!

    Recipe: (feel free to screenshot)
    Drys:
    2 cups flour
    1 cup Canadian Protein Whey Protein Isolate in flavour Cinnabun
    2 tsp baking powder
    2 tsp baking soda
    1 tsp salt
    2 tsp cinnamon
    1/2 tsp nutmeg
    Wets
    2 eggs
    2 tbsp oil (I used olive, you can use whatever you've got)
    1/2 cup pure maple syrup or honey
    2 tsp vanilla
    2 cup banana mush
    Preheat oven to 350°, place bananas on foil lined sheet, stab each with a fork multiple times, bake for 15 mins and remove. Then increase temp to 425° when done.
    Mix drys and wets separately, then together, add additional items as you'd like (ex. Chocolate chips, blueberries, nuts, etc).
    Place into muffin tins, bake at 425° for 5 mins, then decrease heat to 350° for 15 minutes.
