I want to say that I’m gluten free and I tried this receive by switching the all purpose flour to a gluten free 1:1 baking flour and the muffins were perfect! Love your recipes 😊

These muffins are delicious and so easy to make! I made some with butterscotch chips last night and they came out delicious. 1 cup of butterscotch chips for an add in. So good and my husband loves butterscotch!
Just made blackberry lemon zest crumble muffins with this recipe. Thank you, these muffins are absolutely divine. I'm definitely going to be playing with this recipe. I saw a cheesecake pudding mix that sounds like it would be excellent in muffins!!! Thank you!!!

@The Stay At Home Chef can I refrigerator the dough? And if so how long can it be stored in fridge? I bake for large groups and am looking for a muffin batter I can store in the fridge for a couple days if necessary

I made master mix in bulk to keep in the refrigerator. Then on bake monring, measured out the dry, added eggs, milk and fresh fruit and in a few minutes Iwas done

Usually it all gets given away. These muffins were an exception because we had Covid in our house when these were made so we kept them all to ourselves and ate as many as we possibly could.
