Double Chocolate Muffins
¾ cup brown sugar
½ cup cocoa powder
1 ¾ cup all-purpose flour
2 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. baking soda
1 cup cream
1 whole egg
½ cup fresh milk
½ cup melted butter (salted)
2 cups chocolate chips, plus additional for topping

400ºF 15-20 minutes baking time
