To my ears these 3rd Gen Air pods are more comfortable compared to the newer Pro version with the soft gel tips. ua-cam.com/users/postUgkxgl8SzyQoymMu-S3V55Dskg5QJ8xr1yCR That said, compared to the 3rd Gen, I notice these do not stay planted in the ear as well. One design issue I think, is you squeeze the stem and click it twice to advance your songs. On 3rd gen you tap the large speaker. The difference is by grabbing the stem each time, you tend to loosen the bud fit in your ear. Not always, but the bud falls out a few times while running. The old tap to change never had that problem for me. I would not have changed that tap function. That said, the newer Pro version sticks in the ear, almost airtight if you want that. I do not like that Airtight fit. So that's why I'd stay with this version as the best trade off of comfort, use, and overall feel.

Just laughing at the fact that "Raycons" arent here.
Almost like they're shitty 20 dollar Chinese knockoff headphones relabeled and marked up while pretending to be a deal, that no respectable headphone enthusiast would ever recommend.
I get UA-camrs needing to make a buck but never believe any of them saying they are good.
Well, one youtuber did their research (can't remember their name right now sadly) and apparently the Raycons aren't a knockoff or relabel or marked up, they are an actual purpose made product.
The design might be similar to someone else's but the drivers and such and the whole technology into them is nowhere near the $10 wireless earbuds on ebay - kind of deal.
Sure, Raycons *are not* the best but at least they're doing things right, from what i've heard.
I wouldn't buy Raycons, but then again i'm not a earbud consumer, but the Raycons are not the worst stuff you could buy either.
+ If all you want to actually do is listen to music, just buy a bunch of those $1 wired ones and you can basically just keep throwing them away whenever they break and take a new pair from your stash.
Edit;
Note: i'm simply sharing information that they gathered, this is not my opinion of Raycons and i don't care about earbuds, well, i might when the bluetooth + aptX LL is a standard and they last longer than 4 hours at a time for PC usage, but otherwise, there's not much for me to care about the earbuds, just thought i'd share that since i, as well, thought that Raycons are just a branding on a no-name product from a factory that prints those earbuds.
I know right. The advert is everywhere, and my friend got one cause of it. Let me tell you, it's so much shittier compared to the wired Samsung earphones you get when you buy a 2012 phone

@@danilonden3782 uhm, its not teleport charging, its wireless charging. There has to be a dock connected to power for it to work, the convenience is that you don't have to fiddle with the charger cord EVER because its, y'know, wireless. I love wirelessly charging my S10+ as well as my Buds + as well as my Gear S3 Frontier... These products would be less convenient if they didn't charge wireless, that is a fact, therefore, if you can afford to go wireless, you do, because wires are obsolete. My mouse to my pc is wireless as is my headset, because those 2 items are constantly moving, and I don't need wires going all over my desk, my keyboard and firefly v2 however are stationary, so them having a wire is irrelevant, but any items that are constantly moved are better off being wireless.

I have been using the Galaxy Buds Plus for a bit, and from a dubstep fan perspective they have great sound, actually better than what any other earbuds I have tried sounded like. I love the fact that you can change the sound profile in the app aswell, personally using the "Dynamic" setting. I would definitely reccomend these earbuds, great price, great sound and the passive noise cancelling is pretty good, they fit just fine for me. You also get a few extra wings and tips for the earbuds in the package👍
I think galaxy buds (not beans) are super underrated. I used them for ten hour shifts, five days a week for a year and a half, and they only broke when my square brain put them through the washer AND dryer. And one bud even worked after that. They're cheaper, sound great, and you can use one at a time while the other charges or if you want more situational awareness. They're so good.
Can't you do that with almost any ear buds? Let one charge while the other plays.
Haha, I washed my Samsung Gear IconX buds and they both still work! Love them too! They're perfect for working out, they have a built-in MP3 player, so they're not tethered to a phone. A feature I wish would have caught on.
Completely agree, I've had my first generation galaxy buds for over a year now and they never seem to disappoint. They punch way above there price range considering that they only cost $130 at the time. Would highly recommend them. I can't speak for the new beans though.

Buds Live is basically luck of the draw with your ears, they fit mine perfectly with no sound bleed and the noise cancelation actually works with it being comfortable while I've seen other people suffer from those. You can always return them to Amazon if you don't like them though :-)
Buds live is a scam, the case is big, the active noice cancellation doesn’t work because there is literally NO SEALS. The battery life is also garbage too, if you are using a Samsung just go for the buds+, it’s way better and even cancelled more noise. If you need ANC just get the Sony one or if you’re using the AirPods Pro
@@BurntWings-wr2tw I disagree mate, sure battery life is incomparable but that's cuz the buds themselves are a lot smaller and so is the case compared to the buds+ if you're lucky enough for it to fit in your ear it's an unbeatable experience.

I agree. My elite 65 T have been great. Hear through when I want to hear the outside world and kind of noise cancelling when I dont. I make a lot of phone calls and I tend to get loud so there is a feature that allows me to hear my own voice so I'm not yelling at the other person, and anyone around me. Then I lost them in my car during the hot summer (add that to the list of trials during the pandemic) where my car was in the sun every day. I found them about a month ago and they still work great. I have the 65t and my only complaint is the lack of ability to use either bud independently. They promised, and failed, to fix this with firmware, too. I'm bummed the 85t still has this issue.
In my experience it's bit of a mixed bag. The sound is amazing, the app is good, but no wireless charging, and single ear operation only works on right earbud (and no active noise cancellation of course). At least the 75t has USB-C charging instead of micro-USB.

I have perfectly working earplugs, and headphones but still waching
Bought my son a pair for his birthday , he never uses them as he prefers his older Cambridge melomania 1 . I agree they sound better , don't fall out and the battery is far better.

Jabra 75t Active. Waterproof as well as great true wireless headphones.
Yes! I’ve tried AirPods and don’t like the fit, tried the Samsung galaxy buds+ as well. Those kept falling out no matter what ear tip I used and bass was sub par. Bought the Jabra 75t actives and haven’t looked back. The only issue I have with them is not being able to use the left earbud by itself as they are master-slave.
Isn’t there a serious delay between the left and right buds?
I use the 75t actives everyday and only notice a de-sync if I pull out the left bud repeatedly. But after a couple of seconds it syncs itself just fine.
can we get this same list but with non in-ear wireless earphones. so many ppl hate in-ears because they are uncomfortable even if they do provide better features
I’ve recently bought the Soundcore Liberty 2 Pro as my first in-ear/wireless headphone and im really impressed by them.
They sound great, their „Hear ID“ can sort of make a hearing test and use that as an EQ that also works well for me and the battery life is impressive.
For that money I can highly recommend them.
Huh, I didn’t know that Soundcore was paying people to shill in the comment section. 🤔
@@fmccloud I’d like that, then I would at least get paid just for telling people what I like about something.
Kinda like a UA-cam channel, you know?
Personally I have been rocking the taotronics sound liberty 79 and they are fantastic. For £30, it does everything I want and more. Cannot recommend enough.
Ah, I see you are a man of culture... Dank Pods??
*"Everybody needs some best buds"* is the Intro Title of this video.
I own and use the OnePlus buds and am very happy with them actually. I do use an equalizer to better the audio, but I really enjoy them. Highly recommend for the price
4:05 that shuttle *Nice* just makes me giggle
I feel like you should have held off a little longer until bose's new quiet comfort earbuds come out. UE's new fits are also really interesting as well.
Sadly imo you missed out on real contenders like the Jabra 65t and 75t
2:48 Uhm, "strap in" and "strap on" are two *very* different things.

The fact that the Sony Wireless buds aren't in this roundup is criminal
the point is cheaper alternatives to airpods
So who said that 1000XM3s aren't. Go check
@@CFVkayvan But they included the Sennheiser Momentum...
Linus, exactly what is your problem with the Oneplus Buds? I use them with my Oneplus phone, and they are actually very good. Not to mention that they have the fastest charging among the bunch, which is definitely a plus.
Mifo 05s are still the best buds i've used, by far. Small chinese company but insane battery life, i only have to charge the case once a every 6 weeks, and they go for about 4/5 hours. Fantastic sound, super low profile in the ear and the pocket, and only $100.
Slightly disappointed that Linus didn't say, "something else that is gold standard is our sponsor..." Such a good segway!
You know a channel is doing ads the right way by turning them into gags.
no means for disrespect, but it's actually segue! I thought it was spelled as segway too and only reason why I'm saying anything is because Linus is undoubtedly famous for these lol
@@thesidneychan well I mean it's basically a funny point for linus right now, I'm personally interested in seeing his different segue patterns HAHA

btw. why did you not include the sony wf 1000 xm3?
Also wondering why he didn't include the Sony's

I've never had soo many complaints about outside noise.
They sound great, people can hear you great when your inbthe quite house, but as soon you turn on water, go outside or drive in a car, the noise is unbearable or you apparently sound like your deep under water, muffled.
Buds plus work better.
I bought AirPods Pro’s and I absolutely love them except they dont fit… after 2 weeks of heavy use they had worn a section of both ears raw… i gave them to my wife. But idk what to replace them with… I like all the features
buds pro definitely
Just picked up some AirPods Pro’s for 200$ on prime day and I am loving them so far
Jesus were they discounted at all!?
Me too!
@@georgetomlinson9922 that’s the lowest they have ever been discounted
I got galaxy buds + for 64 bucks. There is no better value
I’ll ask you later about them

Then why even use the clones? It's not like they gain in value if you use them less. Use the clones as backup.
@@CheapBastard1988 I hate wires. I actually use some "wireless" (just a wire connect the two earbuds) Sony earbuds as my main ones, which have decent sound quality.
@@CheapBastard1988 clones have the same features as real ones, only thing is the sound quality is worse, but you can those for 20 euros. And for that price they are pretty good

I'm using a pair of Momentum 2's with foam eartips. They cancel more noise than my Sony WH-1000XM4s and have great sound quality! I definitely recommend them over AirPod Pros any day.

Nice video. Well the mic audio comparison video is unavailable. I don't know if it could be some Country restriction problem but anyway, nice video, thank you.
i use the regular Galaxy Buds(not the plus) and i wouldint trade them for any other pair of ear buds.
there affordable, comfortable, and take up no room in my pocket or school bag. good job Samsung.
I just got the GB+ for Christmas and they're pretty excellent so far. it's surprising how long they can last and they're extremely comfortable in ear. I was using Bose's sport sound free before and while I still like them a lot it's definitely an upgrade. I'll keep & use the Bose for workouts and the Galaxy Buds are will be for everything else

I tried the Pixel Buds but there was a buzz whenever there was an active audio stream. Very annoying, especially if listening to people talking where there are pauses between phrases.
After that my Drop Pandas finally came and I've been using the Panda daily since. I love them.
