One thing you didn't mention is the noise bleed.
There is literally none.
You can be right in the silent night in your bed, no background noise, play sounds through them and hold them right against your ear, and you won't hear anything. You'll ONLY hear them when they're plugged in your ears, at which point the sounds just takes over your world. So if you're sleeping with a partner, there's absolutely no chance your alarm will wake them, or the noise will be distracting to them.

I was diagnosed with my first sleep disorder when I was only 3 years old and it's only gotten worse every year. I've tried everything... except sleep buds. If those will help me stay asleep through the night, they will be worth every 100 of those dollars.
@@constancestrawn1303 I bought a sleep mask for $15 on Amazon that has built-in headphones. The headphones obviously won't blow you away, but having the audio playing helps me out immensely. I used to lay awake for hours before falling asleep, now I'm out in 15 minutes or so.
Maggies are sweethearts, I've lived around families of them for years and I couldn't tell you when swooping season starts. They do sound gorgeous too.
Extra bird tidbit: Kookaburras are incredibly soft and fluffy to pat.
(also, I've never heard a magpie-lark be called a peewee in my life)

It would be interesting to see if they become compatible with some home alarm systems. That way if an intruder breaks in, you don’t just sleep through it as the device would notify you. Unless you want to sleep through it, then disregard this
With something like home assistant and some YAML coding it can be done with any headphones

I would've done anything to get these when I lived in a city. Instead, I trained myself to sleep on my back, tucked in tightly, a towel wrapped around my head to support everywhere my ears weren't & relieve pressure from the ear buds. Lack of sleep makes you desperate.
I recently picked up a Bose ipod dock for $15 fantastic product for sure.

At least here in Sweden I was able to find "Amazfit ZenBuds" which is the exact same concept, but at the cost of 150€ instead of 250€ of the Bose. Just so you are aware, there are more buds like this out there!
But what's the quality like? Are they small enough to fit in your ear without any protrusions?

I've been eyeing up these for a while, but the lack of active noise cancelling made me wonder how good they'd actually be as I struggle to sleep with *any* noise. Maybe I should give them a go.
I mean, literally all they do is produce ambient noise, so they're probably not for you. You could probably get the same effect by leaving a fan running next to your bed, or a small speaker playing pink noise, or rainfall etc.

That would be cool but would make them too chunky to lie on with the extra mic, circuitry and battery needed. As they are they are equivalent to industrial grade hearing protection/ear plugs so you don't even need ANC
So I've lived in the inner inner section of a huge city my whole life. I FINALLY went on vacation as an adult to someone woodsy and quiet and far away. Turns out... I couldn't sleep! The utter silence of it all made every sound just so much more noticeable without the constant din of city bullshit 24/7. After 2 nights I HAD to find some buds and some city background noise to fall asleep to, and it worked! But I also wish they had been more noise isolating so that I didn't hear the sounds of like coyotes and unknown birds and twigs snapping... which absolutely terrified me. I could absolutely see the need for these things. I could see someone who wasn't used to city noise having a really tough time sleeping, and vice versa. These are cute lil doo dads and my pockets are now even sadder due to my budding audio appliance addiction.
Is it a big city like New York or Chicago or etc?

Actually the LEDS on the case work like this, centre 5 leds show the charge level for the case and the two outside ones show if the buds are charged. If they’re solid on they’re charged if flashing they’re charging

As soon as you said they help with tinnitus I was immediately interested !! The ringing in my ear gets really loud when I'm stressed or when I'm trying to relax in a quiet room and there's not much I can do about it other than deal with it 😭 so these seem revolutionary :D

i lived in a shitty apartment with loud noises/cars/bass sounds 24/7 and ended up getting sony xm4 headphones after some research on blocking those types of sounds, and your video that included them was the final push i needed to get them, and i actually slept in them for weeks on end (using an app for rain sounds focused on the brown noise). i still do once in a while (i've since moved to a quieter place) but they were a lifesaver. sleep is important. i hope anyone who needs devices like this can get them, seriously changed my life, and they are my extremely comfortable, day-to-day headphones too.

Houses are so bad for noise, proper apartment building are built to be silent inside. Houses are like " your neighbours are 100m away anyways, what is insulations I haven't heard of it before"
I’m too poor for these but the Sleep Cycle app has been my bread and butter since 2016. An alarm that works in a set interval rather than a specific time is such an insanely effective concept.

Thank you for bird time. I love birds and corvids which are the family that magpies belong to are some of my favoritest birdies. I really enjoyed it.
My GF bought these cuz she's a very light sleeper. They have helped her so much! And I get to sleep next to her without worrying about my breathing noises and snoring. She did get painful ears after a few nights, but she let it rest and didn't use them till the pain was gone. Right now she can wear them for ages!

I’ve been using these for about 7 months now. They’re pretty great for me, they help with my girlfriend’s loud snores. They’re very comfortable for me and are just tiny! They last the entire night without issue and I have to charge the case every 2-3 days. I have had to send them back to Bose 2 months ago as my case stopped charting my left ear bud for some reason, but luckily it was under warranty so no big deal. I’d give them 9/10. The only thing I’d change is their color, because every once in a while one will pop out at night. I’ll wake up because I’m an extremely light sleeper to find the bud. It takes a bit some times trying to find a white headphone in low light.
I also have beeping in my ears, when I’m trying to fall asleep with my ears on a pillow, I constantly hear “beEEeEEEeeEeEeeEEP”

I got a pair of these on black friday for something like 120$ (US) off their normal price. Still found them expensive, but man those ambient sounds really helped me sleeping on nights when I went to bed so tired my ears were ringing. My favorite sounds are canvas rain and camp fire. Normal ear plugs that only take noise away would only exaggerate the ringing noise in my ears, making it even harder to fall asleep. With these I just drift away in minutes. I haven't had any issues with ear pain after using them for weeks either, even as a side sleeper.
Dank I would just like to say that I bought these solely based on your video of them and it's the best £220 I've spent in a long time. I get to sleep quicker and sleep better because of these rad little things. So I'd like to say thanks, because you've made my life just that little bit better.

These (and this video) changed my life honestly. I'd been fighting for some sort of sleep solution that was just a touch more powerful than ear plugs.. and had resorted to suspending my iPad above my bed frame and listening in wired earbuds ... until I rolled over and pulled the iPad down onto my freakin head!
Anyway, these are an absolute game changer if you need to sleep in a noisy environment.
