I'm on my 19th day of the 30 Day Challenge and I've lost 2kgs already! I'm mixing up her exercises, adding 1 video on the assigned work out for the day. There are some days I skip cos my body is so sore haha but I just continue where I've left off. Thank you, Joanna, for making this and for always being so encouraging! My favorites are the strength and conditioning work outs. This one in particular I like so much cos it targets the whole body. More power to you and Terrence! 🥰
For her 15 minutes workout, i take 35-40 mins. And for half hour workouts i easily take 1 hour. I try to pace myself with her...but she is superwoman...!! No matter how many times i do her workouts i am always panting and crying. Thanks you Joanna for these amazing workouts.
Was drenched in sweat after this workout 😰 I really enjoyed to do this 30minutes circuit though 😊 I hope to see a routine on how to tighten the loose skin around the lower abdomen 😊
The flutter kicks and side to side heel tap really got me in the end! I think I felt it in my core after a really long time! But loved loved loved it!!
I just finished this workout and I absolutely loved it! I did Joanna’s 10,000 Step Challenge video before this one, and the two videos together are an awesome combo of cardio and strength training. My whole body is completely drenched. What I really love is that her videos are inclusive to everyone at every fitness level.

💪🏻 first time doing this video and I thought it was great. You get so much good movement and cardio packed into a quick package. I discovered when my kid’s school sent the ten minute teen workout, which is awesome and I’ve been doing regularly since Covid. Love these workouts!

This was a great workout - none of the exercises were too hard to do, and they motivated me to keep going when I wanted to stop. I really liked the core exercises!
I loved this workout in specific n how you covered from lower to upper body to abs workout. Uff!! Im sweating. Its like that one workout is all you need n you are done for the day. Also liked how you well placed them. Love from India😍
This is a really nice workout. I like that there wasnt too much bodyweight exercises! I'm so heavy that anything with pushup and plank is so hard. A little is ok!

Love your channel! I really like your workout vids because they give me some variety in my workout routine. I just wish for this video you gave beginner modifications in the first half of circuit 3 (instead of the second half). I'm a beginner using 3 lb weights throughout the whole thing and circuit 3 kicked my butt! I had to take mini breaks in the middle of exercises there. lol I'm going to keep trying. Practice makes perfect!

Hi Jo! I love your workouts and they are going to keep me going as we WFH at the moment. I hope you can help. I have slight carpal tunnel in both wrists and find putting pressure on them hurts a lot. Can you suggest other exercises that replace the ones that are done on your hands e.g. push ups? Many thanks and keep on inspiring!
