    What a ride!!, I completed the workout, it's been a long jouywith you Johana, I started following you in 2018, I was very overweight (108kg) and now thanks to all your routines and positivity I feel great (I'm now at 82kg). Thanks for all your hard work.

    I have been following you for 6 years now. I was a bachelor then..and now I am mother of a baby girl. You have helped me a lot to loose the post partum weight. I was 52 when I got married and 70 when I have birth. But a year and half down the lane.. following you, I am back to 53. I cannot thank you enough Joanna. Keep making more videos.     This workout seriously tried to kill me. I feel like a conqueror just because I lived through it. Even though I half assed a lot of the workouts. Great work out! I'm still breathing through my mouth!

    Day 3. Absolutely killer workout! I am sweating like crazy. Took me about 40 mins to do this whole thing because I had to take little breaks. Burned about 328 calories.

    I followed Joanna for 6 yrs already but this is the first time I comment on her video. I definitely always see her passion and enthusiasm put into each video.     I started this workout on 3rd day of plan (as scheduled) my thighs were already sore from day 1. I gave up after circuit 1 round 1 because of bad cramp.
    I just did yoga and stretches post that.
    Day 4 I relaxed.
    Day 5(today) I finally completed this workout 🎉
    It is important to listen to your body (as Joanna says). But also return back to the goal as soon as you have heard enough 😜

    I did this yesterday and damn, I took so many breaks, stopped many times in between. So far, this has been the most challenging one for me. Especially, the pulses. Anyway, thanks for the 8-week workout plan. I have been following it and I really really love the way you explain and do the exercises along. Thank you :)

    I'm in day three of Joanna's 8 week plan and I have to say what a relief it was to see Honey (a fitness instructor!) also struggling to keep up with this intense workout. The reason I started with Joanna is because she keeps me motivated and she sweats buckets like me. She reminds me it's okay for it to be hard and I always feel amazing at the end. Loved the big noisy exhales, I feel strong now! Thank you Joanna!

    ive tried so many workouts from popular fitness youtubers and honestly joanna is the only one's who i genuinely enjoyed even though it was exhausting. i've never enjoyed a workout with anyone as much as i did with her and i've done ALOT of other ones

    I am a quite-a-bit-older fan and I really enjoy seeing the alternate ways of doing the exercises--I think all the classes are already recorded, but I will say anyway that maybe a second person could do that? If not, I'm modifying, myself. Honey was great ! Thank you for these workouts. Very helpful and I love the diversity of classes. It makes it much more fun not to do the same thing over and over. And I feel GOOD when the workout is over, even at my lesser pace!

    Hi Joanna, like other viewers I've found your videos very helpful. As for feedback about this particular video: I found I couldn't do the crab toe touch, that was the hardest out of all of them. I do prefer your other videos because there's more frequent alternating between upper vs lower body exercises, while this one focuses on upper (or lower) body for an entire circuit. However I love the energy and intensity of this workout and had a lot of fun!

    I died during this workout. I am writing this right after finishing the entire video (I did my absolute best) and I am still sweating and in awe of Joanna. I am on day 3 of the 8-week challenge and I pray to God that I complete this and see the results ( hopefully reach my goal weight too). Thank you so much for what you are doing for us, you are an inspiration!

    Have done this workout twice so far and it is one of my favorites. Joanna, thank you so much for putting so much amazing content for us out there, which really helps SO MUCH in staying active! During Covid-19 lockdown I stayed on my normal weight and got way leaner, because it was easy to show up to your workout videos. Thank you again! :-)

    I started following you last year, I weighed 93kg and I could tell I've lost so much, I tried to stay away from using the scale because I will lose my will but I could tell I've lost a lot because, the old clothes that I've dumped are now fitting and even bigger than my new size, can't wait to tell you my new weight when I check tho...     Did a workout just for first time and best thing is didn't even realised that when it came to end (it doesn't mean that it was easy but it's that I didn't realised time as u were instructing and motivating throughout the session) just loved it. And I m gonna do that 30 days workout challenge so let's see how far can I go ( I m beginner tho but this challenge itself motivated me to do so😉) wish me luck.

    I tried to do this yesterday and I failed. I decided to try it again today and completed the whole work out! I did have to take longer breaks, and adjust some of the exercises, and my form was not perfect but STILL I am so incredibly proud of myself for completing this work out!😁

      @@joannasohofficial Hehe..yes ..variety (couldn't get the exact word )....and also joanna sis trust me I'm 11 ...but luv doing cardio and hiit workout ..it all started in school when people tease me ..but I don't show it outside ..I just smile at them but still there was this pain inside me that made me start...I'm been working out since 2019 april.....and have seen so much changes ..that's for motivating me to get started ..🤗🤗🤗

    You're a machine, Joanna. You were still lively after that workout!!! You have very densed muscles very strong. I used to be that strong. Now I am not the same. But will slowly go back to getting strong again. Thanks to your 10k indoor steps video I started to subscribe to your channel and got to see more of and learn from your videos. Thank you.

    Starting with this 8 weeek workout program ! Guys wish me luck ☺️!!

    Day 1 - ✅ sweating 🔥! Knee pushups were hard ! But tried it ☺️💪
    Day 2 - ✅ ooh god my arms are burning 🔥! Even though I have not used any dumbbells or water bottles 😂!! Also in the first part I was lying like a seal on the floor but gladly I challenged myself to complete it till the end 🤩!! Loved it 💯
    Day 3 - ✅ damnnn it's so hard !! Already sore body from last 2 days workout and today I think I am dead 😂😂!! Anyway completed the workout happy 😊!!

    Have this workout listed under Killer Soh in my play list. Day one stoped halfway through, day two gave up by the last circuit, day three did all of it except the crab toe touch
    ( keeping balance was a b!#€h) but I finished the rest of it. Hopefully tomorrow I will be able to do all of it. P.s. I really appreciate your work out partner, she was great in showing the alternative positions, and yes when she need a break I think we all needed that break.
    Great job please keep it up, I am a preschool teacher stuck at home since April our country schools are still closed and I'm trying not to go crazy not being able to work.

    Updated day 4, sadly I quit half way through :(
    Two weeks to go.
    Week 2
    Day 1 did it all, but had to stop frequently due to my wezzing.
    Day 2 did all of it, think I'm getting a grasp on crab toe touch, had to take one puff of my inhaler but I did it all :)
    Day 3 did all of it, still had to pause because of my wezzing but the hollow hold kicked my but today, hopefully better in the days to come ;)
    Day 4 ( last day of week 2) did it all, the lunges could have been better, my balance sucked. (Side note, imagine being in a hig plank and a mosquito lands on your arm but you don't want to wimp out so you take the itchy feel for the whole hold then swore revenge when you catch her full of your blood)
    Week 3
    Day 1 getting stronger, just a couple pauses to catch my breath (literally), but did all of it. Happy me.
    Day 2 amazing as always, I am not giving up. Two more days to go ;)
    Day 3 stronger legs, stronger core and sexy arms will be on the way, one more day to go.
    Day 4 well it's the last day, loved Honey she was as real as can be, I will be revisiting this work out on alternative days. I am moving on to an abdominal killer work out.
