Hi Johanna, thanks so much for your videos. My doctor recently told me that I have deteriorating bones and any exercises needing me to bend feels impossible to do. Is there any exercises where I can build my legs and butt without bending or squatting?
How many months usually takes to get to reduce fat? Or to get a good shape? I got fats near my stomach area hopefully this will be good to reduce my stomach area.
Results really depends on your body composition. There're isn't a set time because it really depends on how much body fat you want to lose and your fitness goal. Generally, if you workout consistently and eat a well balanced diet, you will start to notice the changes in your body within 4 - 6 weeks. I hope this helps. ☺️
