I've been doing this workout every day since beginning of December last year. My weight had started to cause some pretty serious health problems. My sister found me this workout and I changed my diet significantly. Since doing this every day, and my diet, I have dropped almost 10 pounds! I also started walking more, trying to do 10 or more miles per week. I can't wait to see where this takes me.
@@zozolon007 hey thanks for the reply! My diet wasn't anything too special. I just tried to cut sugar out wherever possible mostly. I never counted calories or protein numbers. I just tried to eat better overall while doing cardio and weightlifting.
@@zozolon007 you're welcome! 💛 Also thought I'd mention I've now lost 80lbs since I started my weight loss. I ended up saving these low impact workouts for the winter months during the off days from the gym. Cardio and eating better always seemed to be the best way for me to lose body fat as well.
Just as i was progressing i stopped working out 8 months ago and I'm regretting it I became so weak than before so I'm starting from scratch again. This made me sweat so much. Thanks a lot johanna it was much needed💖

So i stopped restricting myself from food like i used to and started doing daily workouts. I lost around 10LBS within 2 months. But after that i got really sick. But i didn't stop and did this cause it seems a lil bit easy to follow when someone is sick. Thanks so much Joanna. You made my day so much brighter girl ❤
Great for new moms as well! Since it contains no jumps or ab-workouts. I lost a lot of weight with your videos when you startet 10 years ago and now I will get fit with you again after 2 babies. Thank you for 10 years of motivation and sore muscles. Keep going, and I will, too :)

I have built up so much balance and strength just from doing the beginner exercise for teens for about a month now, I was so shocked at how easily I picked up and breezed through this workout! The ski kicks and the leg lifts really got me sweating up a storm. Joanna's positivity has really helped me find the fun in exercising again!!

Short but very effective. I enjoy Joanna's exercises.. they are easy to follow and generate a good sweat even in 20 minutes! Makes me feel good on days when I make less time to exercise.
Thank you so much, Joanna, for this workout. Being 58 and very overweight, I am confident that with your support I can get fit again. I can't quite keep up yet, but I'm sure that I'll get better every day. It's especially helpful that I don't have to get on the floor. This is better compared to your previous workouts for overweight people - they were also helpful and intense, but I couldn't do well on the floor.
Knee injury here so this is perfect....I just swap out the squats. Thank you I have been doing your work outs for years now, I still love the 7 minutes pajamas workout👍
I started off today with this workout, i am a 100% beginner but i was able to finish all the steps throughout the workout. Trying my level best on meals and workouts.will be sharing the results.

doing this in the middle of the night because i had no motivation to move the entire day. definitely said low impact in the title but once the movements build up, it is by all means not low intensity. felt amazing burn from my legs from all the kicking! 🦵💪

Did this exercise for the first time today. I am terribly unfit and have gained 10kg of weight in the past year. I was able to follow most of the video but did have to take 10 second breaks in some parts of the second set. Hoping that this video can help me to improve my stamina and keep fit.
