- In this 30 Min COMPACT FULL BODY KETTLEBELL Workout | No Jump | No Repeat we will have a 6x bundle of 5x movements in total targeting the entire body . we will have a mixture of isolation, compound and abs/core movements. Each movement will be performed for 45 seconds long and there will be 20 seconds rest in between.
The kettlebells that I am Using:
20KG (Purple on the Left )
16KG (Yellow in the Middle)
12KG (Blue on the Right)

You can Simply increase the intensity of this workout by using heavier kettlebells and/or increasing the volume of the workout by doing this routine for 2x rounds in a row.

Yessss!!! And I ordered more weights. Gonna write down all the excercises today. Tommorow I'm gonna write down what I'm capable of and then push myself every other day with a higher weight if I can. It seemed as if I had more strength today! I'm sweaty but I feel pumped!

I did have a question though, when it comes to exercises on your back you never put your head down, may I ask why that js? My only thought is that you're trying to ensure you put the weight on your rhomboids rather than your traps.

I did it!??? I did it!!! I did it! and with good form, and a couple of pauses to check your posture but I went back to the 1second so no cheeting!!! I did it! and it was alright. The killer was the give through the lunges and the what was it, right the Kettlebell hike!!! Ok! love this. I only did your Dynamic Full Warm Up and now looking for a cool down! love this. ok gonna keep this up for a month trying to raise the weight here and there and than go to a 40min one lets gooooo
