  • In this 30 Min COMPACT FULL BODY KETTLEBELL Workout | No Jump | No Repeat we will have a 6x bundle of 5x movements in total targeting the entire body . we will have a mixture of isolation, compound and abs/core movements. Each movement will be performed for 45 seconds long and there will be 20 seconds rest in between.
    The kettlebells that I am Using:
    20KG (Purple on the Left )
    16KG (Yellow in the Middle)
    12KG (Blue on the Right)
    The Gear that I am using:

    You can Simply increase the intensity of this workout by using heavier kettlebells and/or increasing the volume of the workout by doing this routine for 2x rounds in a row.

    Well, I’ve been doing crossfit for the last 8years but now i live in the countryside, and i just have a kettlebell and rope (as a pre workout) and every minute is intense! So thanks for all this videos! Keep pushing guys!! You will see the difference! Thanks!

    I wore a 20 lb weighted vest I just received today for Father’s Day. It was fun and super hard but doesn’t really work for movements you have to lay on your back. Loved the workout!

    awesome strength session. As of now I only have one kettlebell at 12kg so some of those moves were a challenge to say the least! Perfect to push myself and I will definitely come back and see if i'm stronger next time. Thanks

    Yessss!!! And I ordered more weights. Gonna write down all the excercises today. Tommorow I'm gonna write down what I'm capable of and then push myself every other day with a higher weight if I can. It seemed as if I had more strength today! I'm sweaty but I feel pumped!

      They aRrived!!! I'm doing this work out every day!!! I do have to admit, I bought weights for an arm building workout but for this I am using a kettlebell of 3kg for the entire workout for now... Truth!

    I've been working out to your videos 5x a week for months now. They're great and thank you for continuing to put out new content 😊
    I did have a question though, when it comes to exercises on your back you never put your head down, may I ask why that js? My only thought is that you're trying to ensure you put the weight on your rhomboids rather than your traps.

    I did it!??? I did it!!! I did it! and with good form, and a couple of pauses to check your posture but I went back to the 1second so no cheeting!!! I did it! and it was alright. The killer was the give through the lunges and the what was it, right the Kettlebell hike!!! Ok! love this. I only did your Dynamic Full Warm Up and now looking for a cool down! love this. ok gonna keep this up for a month trying to raise the weight here and there and than go to a 40min one lets gooooo
