- Welcome to this 30 Min COMPLEX SETS Full Body KETTLEBELL workout | AMRAP (As Many Rounds As Possible) method. In this session, we'll be tackling a total of 11 complex sets. Each complex consists of three movements, with most of them requiring 10 repetitions, while a few will involve 5 repetitions. Our goal is to complete as many rounds as possible within a 150-second time frame for each complex set. You'll have a 30-second rest period in between sets to catch your breath and prepare for the next challenge. Let's get started!
These are the kettlebells that I am using:
20KG (displayed as RED on the screen)
16KG (displayed as YELLOW on the screen)
12KG (displayed as GREEN on the screen)

I'm venturing into the kettlebell world. I'm 57 and need ti get back into shape. Two questions, 1 I've noticed that a lot off people dont wear shoes when doing KB, and wondering why? 2, do you only do KB workouts to stay fit or do you mix it up with other exercises? Thank you so much and will let you know if i survive your KB workout. Thank you!
Hello there, some people prefer barefoot because you can use and engage your toes way better and some say that it will enhance your overall leg strength (the only downside is in case you are dropping the weights on your feet, you will feel it a bit more than with shoes on).
I have been and still doing almost on a daily basis my strength routine and I do there workouts basically on top of that. But in your case in order to get back in shape I would say this: start with at least 2-4 a week a routine with resistance (dumbbells or kettlebells) and do more of the slaw and controlled pace routine in order to build up strength and making sure that you are doing the exercises with a decent form. Be consistent with your workouts and in case they are getting easier make sure that you are increasing the resistance in order to progress. And make sure that you have a grip on nutrition! Especially if you want to loose weight it is important to do that, because the lighter and leaner you became , the more you will be motivated to keep going and hopefully making working out a part of your lifestyle in the long run.
