Today, in my kitchen I'm cooking from the most recent Polish cookbook for kids "Polish Your Kitchen; Dumplings and Dragons" (available here: www.polishyourkitchen.com/shop/).
Walter and I are making Polish "kotlety" with cucumber salad and young potatoes.
Thank you to Andy Polish Potter for providing the dishes. More about Andy, here: andypolishpottery.com/en_US/i...

Not only does the food look amazing, but Walter did such a great job! He's adorable!
Anna is not only a great chef, but a wonderful and patient teacher. Can't wait to make more memories with Walter using Anna's recipes from her new "Dumplings and Dragons" cook book. Walter, my son, had a wonderful experience. Also, a huge thanks to Mark doing all the background work. Hanna is a wonderful author.
It was wonderful seeing how you guided Walter. Go Packers!
Aunt Anna you and Walter make a great team! Thanks for the great video.
Such a polite chef you have there! He did a wonderful job and listened carefully to your instructions! Both thumbs up! 👍👍
Loved this episode, Walter was amazing, he'll be a great chef when he's older.
Great job cooking with a young people
Mom’s cucumber in sour cream was sliced paper thin along with sliced onions
The juice was sour cream, vinegar sugar
Very sweet sour
Very common in Wisconsin
Moms hamburger patties were called Bachkas. In brown mushroom gravy….
This episode made me remember and really miss mom….
What a great episode! Walter is such a great chef!! Loved watching you both working together ♥️

Well done, Walter! Love when littles get to learn at the side of great and patient teachers. Def will make this soon. 🥰
Walter is an adorable chef. Anna is a patient teacher who explains the How's and why's clearly. I have no doubt he'll be able to look after himself and his own family when he grows up
ANna, you and Walter are a great team. THe food looks delicious.
Glad to see you again
Great job Walter!!!
You made my weekend. Brought back many memories of me cooking with the many cooks in my family, but especially with my Grandmother who cooked alot of traditional style Polish deliciousness. Thank you for this content and always look forward to new videos.
Oh Man....A Packers Fan? Really? Great job with everything else. Love your channel. Love this.
Haha YES! Pineapple on pizza! (Canadian here 😂)
Thank you for this video. Really enjoyed it ❤️ I’m getting my 4 & 6 year olds helping me out in the kitchen more and more these days and Walter did amazing what I great kiddo!
Outstanding!
Brings back such great memories. Baba made the exact same food! Oh how I miss her! ❤
The kid is a pro!!!
Where's Walter from?
Nice Packer's shirt Mark! Anyone in Poland comment on it?
Walter’s little voice, ugh! Too dang cute!!!
I’m going to make this soon.
The problem I might run into is the sour cream. I was in Poland last year and LOVED LOVED LOVED the sour cream there.
I’ve never liked sour cream. Like ever. Until I had it in Poland. It’s completely different than the one in the states and in Mexico (I’m Mexican).
Do you happen to have a recipe for sour cream? I’d love to make it.
Great video!
Kathie says…People! People!! People!!! P L E E E E A S E STOP the pettiness!!! This is an adorable video with a Champion-Cook-to-be and a Wonderful Teacher!!! Put your shoes on the right feet and S M I L E!!!😉☺️😆😊
Nice to meet you guys at Polish Fest in Milwaukee!
Walter is a real cutie!
In Iran we have a dish called Kotlet which are meat and potato patties, floured and then fried. I wonder if their origin came from Polish refugees who came to Iran during the war.
No vegetable?
Cucumber, potato and carrots.
@@SamStephens31 in the meat and salad....that doesn't exactly count.
@@morgancalvi6675 Sure it does. That is how moms sneak veggies into their picky eaters. 😉
Carrot in the burgers and cucumber salad.
I noticed that Walter didn’t take any cucumber salad on his plate. My son will not eat it either- he doesn’t like sour cream, so he’ll eat cucumbers plain.
