The Real Owners of Your Feelings Exposed
Have you ever heard yourself saying “why did you make me feel this way”
We often use language to attribute responsibility, and when it comes to our feelings, when they are intense and negative, we often attribute them to other people. Meaning the actions that they took the words that they said, have resulted in us feeling a particular way.
Now their actions and words may lead us to feel a certain way, they are not responsible for the way in which we feel. That is fully in our control.
So today’s video I take narrative that I often see online discussions, and memes, and social media posts about just where do those emotional responsibilities lie
