So many great books - crucial conversations is one that comes to mind, boundaries is another - most of them time we need to / want to assert ourselves- it is due to a boundary / value breach or a difficult topic of conversation

I am not a business coach - and my best advice for bringing in business is networking. Talk to people. Let them know what you do. Books are great, and relationships are better
