I would definitely recommend it if other treatments are not working for you.

i had plantar fasciitis on my right foot. Shoe orthotics didn't work for me. The doctor gave an injection of Marcaine which made my foot pain much worse. I began putting small amounts of capsaicin HP directly on the spot on my under my heel where it hurt. As I got used to it, i used larger amounts and i put a gauze pad over it and over that I put plastic to really seal in the heat. Over that I put my sock. I would leave this on for at least 12 hours a day and i did this for about 3 months occasionally skipping a day or two. After that time the pain was completely gone and stayed gone for about 2 years. At that time, i used the same method of capsaicin HP on the skin, gauze pad over that and plastic over that and then my sock. This time I only had to do it for a couple of weeks and the pain was gone. In the times since when I use this method the time for healing becomes less and less. It's a godsend.

Thank you for this hugely informative video! I am watching having just applied a homemade concoction of olive oil, cayenne pepper powder and turmeric powder to my ear cartilage. Ibuprofen tablets work, but I hate taking them as they upset my stomach. I have no idea what the strength would be of my homemade potion but my ear is lovely and warm and the pain has subsided. قناة ممیزة بالفعل وتستحق الدعم والمتابعه جزاکم الله خیرا........... Such a great explanation! Thanks for your efforts...... Merci beaucoup madame c'était merveilleux........... عالی وقشنگ بود. تشکر......
I have tried it twice for CRPS on my toe. It was absolutely horrific burned the hell out of my toe, couldn’t shower, couldn’t walk, couldn’t have anything touching it. The first time I only managed five days. a few months later, I was told to go back on it, and I tried for two weeks only lasted that long because I was so drugged up with pain meds; it was horrible. It didn’t work for me, sadly, and I will never go back on it.
Dear Doctor Andrea Furlan.... I have had chronic neuropathic pain for about 10 years, caused by surgical damage to a left inguinal hernia. Extremely difficult pain to treat and I had pulsed radiofrequency twice and two rounds of Qutenza 8% 3 bandages with a difference of 3 months, 2 times. The only pain that disappeared was the painful sensation of a very strong tourniquet in the groin.... Slight improvement of the remaining pain that incapacitates me a lot. I have also had an injection in the erector muscles of the spine... without result....
I was surprised when you said that patients who were given Capsaicin 8% had to be anesthetized. They proposed Tramadol to me, but I refused. I had already taken it but it was bad for my intestines... As I was in the habit of meditating and was able to meditate deeply, I just asked them to isolate me, darken the room, and plug my ears with the earplugs I use to sleep. I could stand it very well, to the point where I couldn't feel my body and an hour later, they had to call me...
However, intestinal problems led to worsening pain and inflammation on that left side. In 2021 I had to extract about 2 feet of large intestine. Megacolon, with dolicocolon with a lot of pain due to closed sprains... again caused another neurological damage on the same side, but on the leg (left thigh). I recently had medical acupuncture (large needles inserted deeply and shocks to the nerves, in both legs, buttocks)...very painful...but hope never left me... 🌞🌈 But I had to give up the medication to see how the body reacts. I am in a situation of serious distress...
I fell into a serious depression from which I'm recovering thanks to Cannabidiol 12% (CBD), drops, but it doesn't take the pain away. I sing and dance with the hradphones and I feel better....I do yoga with basic extension exercises and more advanced ones, but live to get around the pain and barely manage it ....this is not life... I am thinking about going to Cannabis with some percentage of THC, as it has relieved many people. It will be vaporized... Dear Doctor, do you have any other suggestions to give to me?.... How would I like to hear from you about more alternative treatments to the ones I mentioned...🙏🏽 A big thank you for your videos that I just discovered, and congratulations for your meritorious work 🌹🙏🏽 (from Portugal 🇵🇹)

ua-cam.com/video/Z8nDVja636g/v-deo.html Here is Dr Hugh Spencer discussing treating trigeminal neuralgia using high dosages of capsaicin. It's got a 50 % success rate so definitely worth a try
Good video - yet keep this mind: There is a way faster, better, and healthier way to get it on your skin: Buy capsaicin essence - with a high Scoville - 500.000 - better more. You get these everywhere cheap with good quality. Then buy an essential organic cream - with really nothing in it. Also, these you get everywhere. Now, you know what to do... Put it together - start with some drops in the cream, then place it on your head and let the wonders start! You can even make your nose spray with that (start slowly with a drop in boiled water and with a bit of salt) and bring it directly to the nerves in your head. Put the capsasine AFTER you have made the basic water salt in it. Buy a Nasal spray bottle. And then take for three months very high doses of a Vitamin B complex VERY day - with at least 20.000% of the daily amount of B12… And you are healed-sorry, big pharma. Keep in mind to fade the vitamin B complex slowly out, yet stay forever with 3-4 pills a week - there is no harm and many, many incredible benefits.

Welcome
I have tried it twice for CRPS on my toe. It was absolutely horrific burned the hell out of my toe, couldn’t shower, couldn’t walk, couldn’t have anything touching it. The first time I only managed five days. a few months later, I was told to go back on it, and I tried for two weeks only lasted that long because I was so drugged up with pain meds; it was horrible. It didn’t work for me, sadly, and I will never go back on it.
Thank you for being a subscriber Clare.
I’m sorry that happened to you. That must have been very painful. Have you tried applying arnica lotion or gel? It’s very cooling.
@@elizabethmcleod246 Yes, I've tried a lot of lotions and creams. Sadly don't think a cream will cure my CRPS
I have just been prescribed .075% cream for crps in my foot and I'm very worried about getting the same result as you.
Well, shoot, have to rethink that one. Back to exercises I guess
But I had to give up the medication to see how the body reacts.
How would I like to hear from you about more alternative treatments to the ones I mentioned...🙏🏽
A big thank you for your videos that I just discovered, and congratulations for your meritorious work 🌹🙏🏽

What if you're allergic to peppers and other spices . They close off my airways or cause itchiness and break me out. Then what?
Talk to your doctor about your allergies, and stay away of any substance that casues you allergy.

We use more dry chilli powder than fresh chillies .Tell me, Is it a healthy practice?
Thank you for being a subscriber Laila.
That is a good question for a future video.
Both are healthy but fresh is always best. Be careful to taste the pepper first as some of them are VERY hot!
The company making Capcasin has gone bust and the licence will take two years to switch to another provider I am told.
I was getting Axsain in the UK but when I couldn't get that switched to Hansaplast ABC Warme Cream from Germany. Same 0.075% potency and 50g tube rather than 45g.
What if you have worlds worst pain like trigeminal neuralgia

Here is Dr Hugh Spencer discussing treating trigeminal neuralgia using high dosages of capsaicin. It's got a 50 % success rate so definitely worth a try
Good video - yet keep this mind:
There is a way faster, better, and healthier way to get it on your skin:
Buy capsaicin essence - with a high Scoville - 500.000 - better more.
And then take for three months very high doses of a Vitamin B complex VERY day - with at least 20.000% of the daily amount of B12…
And you are healed-sorry, big pharma.
Keep in mind to fade the vitamin B complex slowly out, yet stay forever with 3-4 pills a week - there is no harm and many, many incredible benefits.
Can i use it for foot pain and neck pain same side of shoulder blade.? 🤔
