I love these exercises your workouts are helpful and they do burn. This is sort of a follow along video, I thought you were going to push us through all of the sets all of the reps with us.
I'm doing this at the gym since the leg machines are too painful for my knee. It's really challenging ! I love it ! I do it once a week, I started with a light booty band and hardly made the 3rd circuit now I'm using my medium booty band and can do a 4th circuit!! It's awesome, I'm so proud of me. In terms of results, It's been 1 month and 3 weeks I've been doing it, I can feel my booty when I put my pants on and I can feel and see the difference. It is clearly an effective way to achieve muscle fatigue !! Thanks for this amazing workout

I'm sure this has already been asked before, but I don't want to look over every single comment here. So here it goes: will these exercises really help to grow my butt?
They will activate your glutes certainly. After these workouts you may notice a plump booty, but don’t be fooled because active muscle can hold water and this plumpness you will see is temporary. The only way to grow your butt without surgery is to build muscle! This means a balanced diet, weight training exercises and consistency. These exercises are good as they include a band which provides resistance, but eventually your results will just plateau because your body is getting stronger and asking for more. This is when you would add weights and start training. Weight training adds volume to your muscle, these exercises will only make your butt perky. I would personally use these types of exercises for a warm up, then base my workout on lifting weights.
What i meant by a timer between workouts is before we head on to the next exercise there should be a maybe 10 or 15 seconds timer beep to get ready and get into position for the next exercise

What's the harm? Men work with different hormones, namely testosterone which should pump up the glute more.
Of course it will work. When it comes to workout there's no difference in gender.
Women tend to go for high reps, low weights to avoid bulking.

I did for 1 year workout only at the house, it takes a lot of time to make it like a peach 😅and i decided to go to the gym for 4 months and i already see the progress, i think the best way there should be a weight for the body that is skinny😅(btw i'm so skinny and i have to admit it)😅

Our diet play the most important part to growing our glutes.
So i ate more carbo, proteins etc blah3 for 2 mths & i gained 7kg.
Simple Sumo squats i did.(twice a week for 1hr session each)
I still look kinda slim but couldnt be more happier with having a fuller butt now!

I do exclusively Lucy ' s workouts 3 times a week since I discovered her not long ago maybe 2 months ago, my butt was flat and my legs big but now my legs have reduced and my butt grew for real . Good luck.

Don’t do anymore than 3 times you need to give your muscles time to rest

Protein
High quality protein that doesn't cause inflammation. So, no animal products, because they cause inflammation.
Protein is good for growing muscles, but there is no specific food that will grow muscles. You need to combine a balanced diet with weight training exercises to grow muscle.
Do you also train with weights, or did you grow your glutes by just using the bands alone?

As an Asian woman myself, I have always gotten compliments for having a naturally rounded booty. Many people attributed my booty due to squats, which is pretty funny because I hate to exercise, Lol! As a 36-year old female who has always been slender but curvy at the same time never needed to step foot inside a gym. It wasn't until recently that I have decided to consider getting into an exercise routine, now that I have gained a few extra pounds. It doesn't hurt that I also want to accentuate what I have now that I've watched this video.

I suggest doing it 3-4x per week. So like you can workout Mon- Thursday or just do it on the days where your free because I don’t know how your schedule is😅 Plus, make sure you have rest days because rest days are just as important as your workout day!
