alessia muraro for rest times you can follow this -> 1:3 or 1:5. Which means if your set takes you 1 minute to complete, you may rest for three minutes (so 1:3) or five minutes if it was really hard (1:5 but usually you push that hard only at the gym). If your set takes you 30 seconds to execute then you’ll rest for a minute and a half. Hope this makes sense 💕

I have better result now at home when I work out my glutes once a week and letting them rest than working them out at the gym 2-3x a week.

cocatezz i am new to weightlifting so bad form/not focusing on the right weights and sets/rep and I was over working myself at the gym.
