I never want a Max Payne 4. James McCaffrey can’t be replaced, a trilogy is a neat way for a series to go and the story is complete

i never remembered much of max payne before this video because i was relatively young when they came out but now having played them james mccaffrey really does embody the character as a whole but i think he would be happy to see a breath of fresh air into a game so long at rest
I would like a 4th just to see the return of Mona, and give max a happy ending for once. Like she somehow survived and needs his help.

Max Payne series deserves more love.
Loved the airport shootout in 3 plus it had my favorite quote, "You'll walk.......with a LIMP!"

Fun Fact: Vladimir Lem's actor for the comic panels in the 1st Max Payne is Marko Saaresto, the lead vocalist of Poets of the Fall. Yes. Odin Anderson's younger self from the Alan Wake games! It's kinda sweet how the friendship's carried on to modern times with POTF and Remedy :D
This is one of my favorite little tidbits! It's amazing that Marko and Sam showed up together in both Max Payne and Alan Wake 2 over two decades apart.
And Vinnie's likeness in the first game is Olli Tukiainen from the same band
I had no idea James passed away until here recently, I'm so glad him and Sam got to work one last time on Alan Wake 2
Im hoping he might’ve already did his lines for max Payne remakes but idk now or just remaster his lines ik they aren’t the best for todays standards but idk
I know it’s unlikely but I’m hoping to god James was able to already record all his lines for the remakes cause for me he was the soul of Max and it just wouldn’t feel the same without him.

Nevertheless, I wanna share this no related oddity: when watching this video, and only this video,.my whole phone screen gets a blueish tint, this includes the UI of the phone, like the status icons and the keyboard, this never happened to me before, kind of weird, but not your fault.

Man in all honesty I appreciate 3’s story. I’m not a big fan of them omitting its story. So now max doesn’t get a happier ending? As well as it’s a pretty decent game albeit weird story pacing.

I really disliked the story/plot for Max Payne 3. It just didn't feel like MP.
