    Me again. Will be making these today. I may have to use all butter flavored or regular shortening instead of butter for the dough because I am out of oil
    Those baking pans look really large. Would they happen to be 13x9?

      @@youdontsay3379 yes they 9x13, old aluminum pans, not sure why they look huge, must be the angel. :) Good luck with your baking! Butter makes baking heavier, if using all butter or shortening I would reduce eggs to 1, or another option add a little extra yeast to help lift heavier down, maybe another teaspoon. Hope this helps! I hope your buns turn out light and delicious!

    Is it okay to use brown sugar in the filling? How thick did you slice the rolls? And can I use shortening instead of oil? Thanx for your help

      @@youdontsay3379 Yes, of course you can do brown sugar, but the taste will be a little different from classic, maybe do half white/half brown? And yes, shortening will work but the timing when you add it is different - add shortening when the dough is being mixed and more or less holding its shape. I hope this helps :)
