Wow I just love yr instructions while demonstrating the method.... Such a winner. Definitely must try this...❤❤🎉🎉🎉 Always had a dread of making this successfully😢
Me too just did these and they cooked perfectly my definitely my go to recipe for these give them a go I think the things that make them hold shape is drying the dough for longer in the pan make sure you don’t rush that step I did dozens of recipes on UA-cam for these and I think because I only did them in the pan for as long as they say it wasn’t long enough, when I added the eggs like the others say the dough was quite thin but this dough is thicker after that stage and worked 😅 I even bought a new oven thinking it wasn’t getting hot enough anyway this really is fool proof xx
Wow I don’t know your name but can I just say hello and thank you I have tried to make these from other recipes on here but they all rise so well until I turned the heat down like it says too then they would go flat, yours have turned out beautifully and is so easy to pipe without it going all over my new go too eclair recipe it’s amazing have a great weekend ❤️😘
Why unfortunately? We Lebanese make the healthiest yummy diverse food & don’t have to mix many ingredients & it doesn’t have to be expensive like tabbouleh or hummus you name it🇱🇧🇱🇧🇱🇧🇱🇧
y'a pas mal de choses qui ne sont pas justes à mon avis dans la façon de faire, mais plus que tout, non on ne mange jamais une pâtisserie juste après l'avoir faite, il faut toujours du repos, une bonne nuit au frigo je dirait..
Unfortunately, in eastern cuisine, they mix many ingredients and produce many dishes and spend a lot of money. In French cuisine, half of these ingredients are used, and in the best cuisine use few ingredients and have high skill, not to mix 100 things.
Your instructions were very clear, and finally after all these years, I made a nice batch of Eclairs! We make even Churros out of this right? Also do you have Instagram page so that I can share pic and tag you?
If every instruction video on the Internet were instructed like this, I could do a lot of things; thank you!
Your instructions are so clear, leaving no room for questions. A definite must try recipe!!

You need to tell newbies that the pastry must cool down completely before pipping the custrad.

How about the oven need onn the fan or not. Before bake need spray with water or not
yum , off to the kitchen , thanks
It's always a struggle with the éclairs. I like to add the custard directly w/o whipped cream for a more intense flavour.
Great Job babe ❤
Yes please share eggless recipee
Thank you very much for the recipe! Like 36. New subscriber.
I need that egg seperater
I just use my hands 😊
Yummy recipe BUT YOUR ECLAIRS DID NOT RISE LIKE THEY SHOULD,,,,HOWCOME ???
Yummy
Yummy❤
In old days, we used pork fat instead of butter, taste was amazing.
Mixing well all custard ingredients, including eggs,in cold milk and then bringing to boil working just the same but saving you some time and effort 😜

Hello, a question in this recipe: Is it possible to use milk instead of water for dough?
Can U kindly share eggless
Same recipe for the Mexican churros, eclairs are cooked in the oven and churros deep fried.
How long should the eclairs be? No idea!!!
Churros 🎉
That title though 🤣
What did i just saw😀
This questions every food video i ever saw💀
"just be careful not to let it boil"
Proceed to let it boil
y'a pas mal de choses qui ne sont pas justes à mon avis dans la façon de faire, mais plus que tout, non on ne mange jamais une pâtisserie juste après l'avoir faite, il faut toujours du repos, une bonne nuit au frigo je dirait..
I'm having anxiety attacks from this video sounding like its about to turn into howtobasic
❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤
💕💕💕💕
I don’t understand. Do we bake for 10 mins or 20 to 25 mins?
😂😂😂 and the filling ended up all clumpy 😂
Most important, DO NOT OPEN THE OVEN WHILE BAKING these eclairs❤❤❤❤❤❤
🎉
C est une recette tres compliquée a realiser .
BECAREFUL TO NOT LET IT BOIL.... THEN BOILS IT
When cooking the custard, he says to not let it boil, yet the video clearly shows it boiling??
The subtitles fade away much too fast! 😕
تحتاج الى مواد كثيرة لذا سأشتريها جاهزة من محل الحلويات😊

What a creepy channel! Not real. More AI BS
It’s a lot of work, you shouldn’t eat more than 1, what do you do with the rest, so buy them at the pastry shop.
Invite friends over and have fun!

A 45 degree angle or a 135 degree angle?
Angles are always measured from the straight line/surface. As in the table top?
