1 Minute Microwave Cinnamon Rolls:
- 140 g (1 cup) Self Rising Flour (OR 1 cup all purpose flour + 1 1/2 tsp baking powder + pinch of salt)
- 70 g Milk ( 1/4 cup + 1/2 tbsp Milk)
- 40 g Softened Butter ( 3 tbsp )
PLEASE READ: As mentioned in the video, these rolls are meant to be eaten right away! Once they cool down they will lose their fluffy texture. If you're making these just for yourself, I advise you to cook just one or two and store the remaining cinnamon rolls uncooked in a zip lock bag in the fridge. Then once ready, cook those off and serve fresh. Cook your cinnamon rolls for exactly 45-60 seconds. Makes 6 small cinnamon rolls. They will puff up in the microwave.
Cinnamon Roll Filling:
- 30 g melted Butter ( 2 tbsp)
- 50 g Brown Sugar (1/4 cup)
- 1/2 tbsp Cinnamon
- 1/2 tbsp Cornstarch
- Pinch of Salt
Glaze recipe here: • 5 Minute MINI CINNAMON...
You could also just make a simple glaze with powdered sugar, milk and vanilla.

Omg I tried these out and they. Were. So. DELICIOUS. I was shocked at the fluffy texture. I even used almond milk and smart butter which worked wonderfully!!! Definitely a must make.

If you don't have time/ingredients for that glaze, you can use this simple easy glaze! --->
1/4cup powdered sugar
2tsp milk
1/2tsp vanilla
It really tastes good and it's rly simple!
(EDIT: Ik its really simple and known but ik some people don't know about it and would do a more complicated one when this really tastes good as well! // and much easier hh)

I just make this but i use oven instead bcs i dont have microwave
I use 170°C for about 10-15 min i dont actually use timer i just watch the dough expand and the sugar melt then i take it out :) it was soo delicious and the dough is really2 soft and warmmm,reccomend making this recipe :))

You can use normal sugar and cinamon
Oil the dough then put the "powder" on top
Quick fix tastes good too
Also if you like it more cinamon-y put 2 spoon cinamon 1 spoon sugar
If more sugar-y 2 spoons sugar 1 cinnamon

i recommend to use a bit of dark caramel syrup or treacle or molasses and mix it to the sugar
dark caramel syrup can be made at home using white sugar
I just made them for the second time and this time I added some vanilla to the dough and they were even better. You should try it.

Thanks for the tip. I tried it in air fryer for 15 minutes in about 200 degrees celsius, it came out hard and a bit burnt, it's my fault though haha! I should know better next time :)

Yes I put loads on a plate and did them at the same time. It does take a bit longer for them to cook though
