My only suggestions would be to let us know if we’ll be on the ground at the start of the video (so we can get a mat out if needed) and give a short break between each exercise to demo form for what we’ll do next (so we know we are doing it correctly). I’ll be adding this to my list of go-to videos and can’t wait to see more!

People rarely think about exercises for people over 45 or mature with joint issues. (there is a market for that🤔🤔) I am 55 and can do these with low modifications. I want to thank you for thinking about us who are just getting ourselves to moving. I am definitely going to share and join in on this journey.
I am a beginner and this is the best. I can do all the excercises without stopping because it is too difficult for me or I am totally out of breath. It keeps me motivated knowing that I can complete the entire video. Definitely my go to video. Already saved💪😁
this video is lit the music, the exercises, everything. my hamstrings are on fire because i went running yesterday so i cant do all of these atm but i will be trying soon. your form is perfect in every exercise. i look so amateurish trying to replicate them 😂 you are also stunning❤
