As someone in apartment.. no jumping and no equipment are two of my favorite phrases to hear. I’m going to give this a try. I’m getting back into fitness and I am at the beginning. The struggle is real.

This is a nice evening workout before going to bed, did it 3 times, first time was a warm up then the next two times increasing pace, nice way to sweat before hitting the shower, and the blue looks amazing on you.
I just fell in love with you. 9 mins of pure gold. My whole body is sweating. 9 mins pushed me to do the whole thing without stopping. Completely amazing. P.s A lil trick for me is to close my eyes (ignore the timer) and repeat my body is scared in side. Give yourself pats on the back when you hear the timer. Move on. Lets get fine ladies!

Just found you and loved this 9-min workout. Perfect for my morning. Now I am UP! Not sure if this is something you’ve thought to consider, but I would love to hear your voice-over throughout the workout instead of your pop-up notes. Though they are cool (I like the techy-modern-feel), it’s hard for me to read them while I’m mid-workout. The times I tried, I had to stop and lean in close to my iPad. After a few times, I just stopped trying and just focused on imitating your form. I hope you can consider this for future videos. In any case, I’m subscribed. Loved my first workout with you. Thanks!

I love this workout ! Its so refreshing. I recently lost 29lbs but still overweight , and I wanted another workout to do on my “rest day” this the one. Quick , gets me sweating, i did take a couple 20sec breaks lol the end was the toughest but took it at my pace. Love your videos🥰❤️

This has been so helpful I just can't thank you enough. I have been doing your morning workout twice a day ( in the morning and at night) and wow the difference in my ability to do minor task has improved as well. This is a great workout. My first time trying I couldn’t get past 3 minutes lol. Now I can almost do the full workout minus the crunches and sit ups. I’m sad I’ll have to find a new video soon to keep me working hard.

Yes that would be great! I have a torn meniscus, cartilage gone in my knee from year of exercising pretty hard. I can no longer jump. It is too painful. 30 minutes or more or a low impact workout would be fab!

I am new to working out and couldn’t afford to get a gym membership so I started doing your workout everyday I will do this for 2-3 weeks and switch to you 12min hiit and after 25min hiit
I just finished your 25 min HIIT wrkout (i feel great by the way) and liked it so much I started looking for my next wrkout for another day and stumbled on this one...Love! Love! Love! the how to tips. Thank you! That's the only downside in my opinion when I'm working out online, is I'm always thinking "am i doing this right?" where should i be feeling this workout? what muscles should i feel working? what muscles shouldn't be activated at the moment? Is this the proper form? Thank you! Please include this in more of your videos if at all possible. Although, I'm quite new to your channel so possibly you use this feature quite often and i just don't realize it yet. hahaha Any who, thanks for a great workout video.
A few days ago I made it through the first 6 minutes of this, I've just finished healing from that. I've done squat challenges before, but literally my ass looks better than it did after a full month of those challenges just from the 6 minutes of hell you put me through lmao. About to see how far into it I can get this time.
