Thank you for your content. I find that women provide better overall health and fitness info than the men who predominantly concentrate on building muscle mass. Adding more muscle mass is good but I'm more into focusing on a holistic approach to good health and wellness.

Fantastic video! I can easily eat same/similar meals every day, & do. I find that this keeps my focus on nutrition rather than thinking of food so much eg what's for lunch, what's for dinner, have I had enough protein etc. Keeps grocery shopping simple also. My sweet treat is frozen blueberries (cheap) with canned coconut milk & some cinnamon. The milk freezes straight away on the berries.
I am going to try these meals, although tofu THAT firm is difficult to find in Western Australia. My "firm" falls apart. Thank you for sharing this.

Love that these recipes are budget friendly! In a fat loss phase myself, and sometimes eating higher protein puts a dent in my budget (I do eat a higher protein tofu, but try to include more variety).
Have you ever cooked your own seitan? If you have, I’d love to see how you prepare it (I’ve bought the one that’s already prepared, but not able to do that every week; I do have vital wheat gluten in my pantry).

I get bored eating the same thing over and over too. You could ingredient prep instead…make all of the yummy stuff that Toni made but keep it in separate containers and mix and match it. Maybe check out @Downshiftology for ingredient prep ideas! 🥳☀️

I was looking at your exercise guides & wanted to know if you could provide an at home total body shred guide using resistance bands? Not sure if the Total body shred you already offer can be done with resistance bands at home.
This is probably a dumb question, but how do you avoid cravings like for cake and sweets? What do you tell yourself? Also, what about special occasions with friends or family? And how do you maintain this year-round?
I need help. I have fibromyalgia among other things. I need tips on how to exercise regularly with my condition. I also need budget friendly recipes, that are good and easy to make. I basically cook to the taste of my husband and two sons. They eat everything.
Would love to hear your thoughts on the tofu/soy myths 😊I used to eat tofu when I first started eating plant-based foods but stopped because of the soy content.

I would encourage you to look into how food has been colonized to demonize asian food staples. Soy is not the enemy. Enjoy your food!
How do you get per serving nutrition info from the baked oats?? When you put the ingredients into a tracker does it give you per serving info??

You could recreate her recipe on something like cronometer. It calculates macros and micros. It's basically a food diary and you have the option of adding premade food or recipes you made yourself

What about high protein cheap and easy healthy vegan options?
I'm trying to substitute chicken, turkey, etc from my diet to give my colon a break lol.
The tofu (1 block is up to 40g) and chickpeas are good options. Beans have high protein profiles; another good versatile one is lentils (a lot of make from scratch recipes like burgers use chickpeas or lentils as a base. Tofu is versatile too). Some grains like quinoa, wild rice, and spelt. You can mix with vegetables like broccoli or spinach, mushrooms, or seeds and nuts.
I recommend looking up plant protein sources for different categories like beans, grains, vegetables, seeds. There's a lot of good images that show you how much protein you can expect per cup (cooked/dry) or certain amount of grams.
The price really depends on where you shop. Cheapest I think I found was at Aldi's.

My vitamin D has been low. Any food suggestions other than dairy?
Mushroom and almond milk.
I take a vitamin D3 supplement and go for outdoor walks when I can.
Walking in the sun is best. Other sources are mushrooms, tofu, green leafy vegetables, fortified grains, juice, or plant milks

Lol tofu isn't low in cholesterol. It is void of cholesterol. It is from a plant not an animal so there is no cholesterol.

U certainly look YUMMY xx I call my diet the 'Gorilla diet' its the reason my bloodline lives to 90+ - unless they accidentally get dead! very similar to YOUR diet but we eat delicious game meat, steaks (one per week) and are super strong! But I love ur food nonetheless! ;)
