    I never comment on UA-cam but I felt the need to here. I have been doing these stretches for over a month every morning. I am postpartum 8 months and gained a lot of weight during my pregnancy and was already overweight when I got pregnant. These stretches have helped so tremendously that I have recommended it to all my friends. I actually look so forward to doing this video first thing in the morningthat I started to do it before I go to bed as well. I feel so flexible now.     Sis, I did this for the first time today and let me tell you I was sweating when I got done. But it felt sooo good. I’ve decided to do this stretch routine every morning before I go to the gym and at night before bed. I didn’t realize how important stretching is because I wasn’t doing it at all.     I just recently found this channel and this video. I have not worked out in a very long time. I am overweight and stiff but I am happy to say I survived throughout the video! LOL.. At my current weight and shape, some of the stretches were hard to do but I completed the entire routine. My body is so stiff, it is painful to workout and this stretching process is what I needed. I plan to do this one daily until my body is ready to move on to more intense stretching and workouts. Btw, the music was so relaxing... Loved it!

    I have terrible mobility and neck pain all the time. I lift weights but need to start doing more then the 5 minute cool down and stretch routine I've been doing. I've spent a lot of time searching UA-cam for something I can do. Your the one girl! All the comments praise you!! So glad I found you!!

    Thank you for having a routine that does not include Downward Dog! Due to a heart condition I get lightheaded easily. This is the first routine I’ve found that I can get all the way through without having to skip inversions.

    This routine is very well put together. Many instructors say flexibility but end up doing a lot of strength poses like down dog and up dog. Her focus is on lower body
    which is the tightest area for most beginners.

    I've just turned 48, and overnight I feel more stiff than ever while I'm walking down the stairs, moving around, etc. For some strange reason, I was afraid to try stretches or yoga because I was afraid I wouldn't be able to do them. That being said, I found this video to be tranquil and relaxing. The pace was slow yet easy, the techniques were simple, and the music was soothing. I used a towel for a few of the moves, because that is what she suggested for beginners and it worked wonders. Thank you for this video, which I plan to include into my daily routine. I will also check out your other videos. You have no idea how big of a difference you are making in the life of an old lady like me, you are a true blessing. Keep up the fantastic work.

    I’ve been doing this routine off and on for about a year now. Just introduced it to my husband and he loves it!
    I do wish you had a 20 minute version like this! I currently just add my own stretches to yours for a longer session. I keep your relaxing music playing in the background and use your timer in the videos for my “next move” cue!

    As someone who hasn’t dedicated time to stretch in years, I carry a lot of tension . And I often dread stretching because it hurts so much 🥴.
    But this video was definitely beginner-friendly and stretching felt sooo good without taking out too much time from my day. I’ll definitely be doing these often

    I had a major surgery and I have done physical therapy, but I have incorporated these stretches into my routine and it feels AMAZING!!! I am more flexible, and I sleep better and I do recommend this 15 minutes video 👍🏽💪🏽 Charole’vista “ Miss Bodi “ 🧘🏽‍♀️🙏🏽

    Hi Toni, I’ve been doing this stretches ever since this video came out but I did stop for a while but the past two weeks I’ve been doing these stretches I feel much better. Thank you for keeping this video up, these stretches are really good for my back and my legs and arms, I have muscular dystrophy so this yoga stretches are definitely helping me walk better and have better stamina and endurance. ❤

    Thanks for sharing with me. I'm 52, and these stretches are awesome. I feel young and vibrant after doing these stretches. Please keep giving us these awesome presentations. It is much needed motivation for me.

    Representation matters. I love seeing healthy, happy, neat, calm, maintained, Black women thriving. We're not all angry, and most times, the anger is situational. Stretching feels amazing and does a lot for mood, blood circulation, sleep, weight loss, digestion, etc. I'm here for it! New subscriber. 😁

    I just found this video today! From the bottom of my heart THANK YOU, so much for something that moves slowly and stretches that I can actually do. I'm 57 and this video is a great start for me!
