Pro Tip: put the video on 0.75x playback speed so you actually have time to change position and get more than 15sec of each exercise in properly

Great mobility routine! Loved it! It would have been easier to follow along if there was a short interval between the exercises so we could switch positions carefully and still do 20s of each exercise. Thank you!

I just have to say, I have a soccer tournament coming up this weekend, and I did this routine as a prep to my tournament and I was able to do most of the exercises with no problem, but certain ones I had to not do because of my disabilities. But the stuff I could do it challenge me. It was really fun too. Thank you so much.

Great video, loved following along and learning some new mobility exercises that I've never been exposed to before. Really liked how you flipped direction to emphasize that we've moved on to the other side... Just some unsolicited advice, maybe give 5 seconds prep or 'rest' time between movements since I found myself stopping the video and rewinding every time a new movement came up that I wasn't immediately familiar with. Regardless, I will be adding this to my routine, keep up the great content guys!

Hi this is the only video I have come across where you do mobility execrises along with the instructor. Its great, thank you so much. If a recommendation, if you can add pause or 10sec of change time in between your exercises. I noticed that your exercises are clip and if no time between them to switch positions I am always running behind

Yes. It's a follow along. He should include the time it takes for him to get into the next exercise. Very hard to follow along when you are scrambling and missing reps because he instantly switches through the magic of editing.

I liked the routine, but two improvements would be: 1 multiple angles for proper form; 2 the instructor does it with the transitions. Some of these took a while to get into position, so a lot of time was lost catching up.

great stuff, think on some of the more extensive stretches you may wanna leave a little, or maybe dnt edit it down so much. so you have a chance to get in the position. - but overall great video!

Good video. Just that the transitions between movements are quite fast. Would have been nice to have given 5 to 10 seconds in between each movement to get ready to set up. Had to pause constantly myself, even rewind at some points, to get ready for the next movement.

You can do this before or after training as well as your day off. This is a great routine to do any time of the day when your body feels stiff
