Same one I have, nice. They have great customer service. I emailed them just to provide feedback about some fading i experienced due to the sunlight and they sent me a whole new one for free. I wasnt even looking for a replacement or refund. Good people
This camera has a known flaw with the nightvision that Apeman has a firmware update but you have to prove it to them with video. They don't want you to load it if you dont need it I presume. Once you have the firmware it is VERY easy to install, but it resets EVERYTHING so you will have to reset all settings. After that the camera is good for the price.
were you able to put the panel back on flush after hardwiring it? I'm thinking about doing this as I only have 1 usb and a cig charge in my console, not for cigarettes but to charge and I don't want a wire splitting the cockpit looking trashy
Have any solutions for the suction cup not sticking all the time? Just got mine in yesterday and installed everything but the suction cup fell off. It can go back on but, eventually falls off again, not sure how to perm fix it.
They sell hardwire kits with obd port plug, some of them incorporate a magnetic field sensor providing power to cam when it senses movement around car not just in front of camera....does this cam power on its power or do you have to hit button to start stop
@@EnthusiastPOV sorry I meant to say "start recording" when power is given without needing to throw a switch" yours is constant power I see that but if you unplugged it from fuse box....then plugged it back in would it power on and start recording? Or would you have to hit buttons

Nice! Do one for the Q!!
It’s the same process lol
Hey man what weight oil do you recommend for tuned VRs?
5w30

Cut the green wire, otherwise the engine explodes.

Do you know if it is possible to use an OBD cable to hardwire?
I wouldn’t do that but I’m not sure if you could. OBD is useful for many things, would be a shame to short it out

The whole point of hard wire is to power on its own. It’s explained in the video.

Starts recording immediately to answer your question. Won’t have to hit any button. It’s a fairly cheap camera keep in mind.
What's the difference between hardwire cables with 2 wires and 3 wires?
3 cables can sometimes be an ignition switch to also power up during only ignition or light dimming
@@EnthusiastPOV Thank you for your prompt response. Does it make any difference for Parking Mode recording?
All depends how you wire it. With the 11.5v kill switch your battery will never be dead so it should be good
What's good
Staying safe my G, hope all is well
@@EnthusiastPOV it's all good...I'm glad some of my parts came in
