Today's yoga is all for your Mumma! Its Mummy Me time and I will be guiding you through a 15 minute relaxing postnatal flow. This is gentle yoga but assumes you have had your postpartum check from the doctor and been cleared to exercise. Take it easy and remember there's no rush.
