I'm passionate about sharing POTS friendly yoga flows because I myself have POTS and know how much regular yoga flows just don't work that well for us potsies! I take the up and down flow out of my POTS practices but that doesn't mean we don't flow!     Here i am at 39 weeks. Just found you. My little one was oblique and we flipped her about 5 days ago with an ecv. Ever since i am paranoid that somwthing could happen to her and im hoping that she will face our world sooner or later. Got stuck with your video. Love your voice and that its only 15 minutes lo g which is doable when you have 2 other little ones running around.

      This can be totally normal at 39 weeks. Best things to do are exercises (like this one), walking lots, hip circles, lunges & bouncing on a birthing ball. Good luck!

      @@LEMonYoga Thank you! My wife was 40 weeks last Saturday and already scheduled for induction on Sunday. We were just searching on youtube and we found this video and decided to try it. She went into a natural labour by herself after about 9hrs and gave birth to a beautiful girl on Sunday, 8am. I'm so happy!!!!!

    This didn't fully help with the pain I get from having trapped wind but it did help enough that my right rib/side isn't screaming in unbearable pain anymore which I still take as a big win when two loads of painkillers did nothing to help.

    Another successtory! I didn't go into labour within hours but this video helped my baby drop correctly in my pelvis. My success is that it made me go from 2cm to 9cm in one hour once I actually went into labour ! thank you for the video

    Trying this at 37 weeks +3 days (baby boy due 1/12/2024) baby has been head down since 35 weeks ,midwife told me to start exercises now , not trying to go into labour just trying to get body prepared … this is my second child , 10 year gap 😊

    It worked and I got my baby girl in my arms already 🤩❤️ I was 39+ weeks with no signs of baby coming out. Started doing these 39+2 days onwards and at 39+5 I did these twice - once in the morning and in the evening., followed by miles circuit twice. I started having delivery pain the very next morning (4.30 am). Those were very mild period like cramps. Around 2.30 pm the pain started getting intense and was 1 cm dilated. Delivered my baby girl by 10.30 pm and she was born on my dad’s deathiversary 🥹😇❤️

    This worked a dream for me, i did this in the evening and gave birth the next morning. Only took 1 hour 45 mins after waking up to my waters breaking!

    I’ve been doing this daily since 39 weeks - 8 days have gone by and still no labor, second time mom and had a home birth with my first. But it’s good to have something to do to take my mind off things and open my hips.

      Absolutely! It’s not a waste even if it’s not putting you into labour right now. It’s doing its job to prepare your body for labour when it comes 🥰 which I have a feeling is going to be soon! Best of luck with everything 💖
