    I’m fully crying. Thank you so much for supporting me today. I’ve just done this meditation that literally affirms everything I’ve been feeling. The stars are aligning.
    I believe in a better way and will continue to open my heart. Thank you for giving me hope.

    That was beautiful.. 7 month pp and have been following you since the beginning of me pregnancy..finished everyone of your postpartum workouts and did this.. made me wmotional to the core.. Sending you love for transforming my mind and body..

    I was looking for your postnatal ab challenge videos when this one started playing on accident. This spoke to my soul in ways I didn’t realize my mama heart needed. Cried the whole way through and I’m not type to cry easily. Thank you for your calming voice, healing words and that rare time to breathe and give myself grace. I look forward to doing this one more often and hopefully more like it in the future.💕🙏💕

    38 weeks pregnant tomorrow and I've been searching for meditations to calm my birth anxiety. This was so helpful and only a little over 6 minutes!!! Thank you!

    This was a beautiful way to end my workout session with Jessica. I try to do a cardio exercise from one of her videos and strength training as a second one. The third one is usually a Pilates or yoga, and I end with this one that I just found tonight. Thank you, Jessica, for this wonderful video.

      I just did this meditation now again and I love how soothing your voice is ❤
