Can you tell me a little more about the “adhesive tar” (3:43). What is it and did you apply it across the entire top or just on the ends?
Where u get the glue used in the corners and what is that u put in the corner ? Screw?
Where did you buy it? And did it stop leak?

Mike, did this solve the leak issue? What kind of "tar" did you use and how much on each side?
Use permatex 75150 or an equivalent product. Urethane would work too but you would probably never get it off again.
I recommend butyl rubber sealant. Buy a big tube and use a caulk gun. Save the rest for future projects.
Curious what size drill bit was used to drill out the old rivet and what size the new rivets are ?
